Second time I have taken my car in for routine maintenance and they weren't able to complete what was booked even though they had my car all day. This was booked weeks in advance. First time they did a partial detailing, and this time none at all. An oil change with detailing service is not on their priority list I guess. They asked to keep my car overnight both times, for an oil change and detail?? No thank you. More

My service adviser was Emma, she did a awesome job, she helped me a lot. She explained to me all the services required. She was friendly and understood my situation. I had a very bad experience. They didn’t fix my car in one time. Before and after my pregnancy I have to go there 10x back and Fort just to clear to them all the issues of my veh They didn’t fix my car in one time. Before and after my pregnancy I have to go there 10x back and Fort just to clear to them all the issues of my vehicle.. always telling me it will be fix tomorrow every time I will ask a rent a car or loaner. I just let my car sit in the garage for 3 months because there’s still a problem and I already had a trauma going back and forth. Very inconvenience without a car for 3months with my baby.i will not go back there unless they don’t fix my vehicle right and tell everyone about my experience and never recommend kia south. Never again More
First service advisor was awful to deal with and she said I didn’t have any oil changes on my package then said that a different Service advisor Phil was going to help me. He was rude and had no idea how to I didn’t have any oil changes on my package then said that a different Service advisor Phil was going to help me. He was rude and had no idea how to do his job. Told me that people tell them all that time they have a package and then leave and he has to pay for it. Told me he is not having $85 taken off his paycheque if I am lying which I felt very offended by. I came for an oil change on my LGM package and said they “I don’t see anything on my screen” and told me I paid for my last 2 or 3 oil changes which was a lie and I told him to show me my receipts that I paid for them and he said “well I’m not going to look in the archives for that, that would take me hours. I highly doubt in 2024 that it would take someone “hours” too look for a past receipt under my name on the computer. They usually always send me a video of work of the work they are completing which I really like and when I asked Phil he said “server was down” imagine that. I don’t believe that for a second. They also never washed my car like they usually do and I know they were washing other cars that day because when I dropped off there was a freshly washed car leaving the service bay. To say I am beyond disappointed with the service I received this weekend would be an understatement. I usually go to this Kia but I will not be coming back to this dealership to be treated like I was a liar or someone trying to cheat the system for a package I paid for when I bought my vehicle. More
