I was trying to buy a car from them and they kept sending me deal sheets with added fees and incorrect totals. Second time I have taken my car in for routine maintenance and they weren't able to complete what was booked even though they had my car all day. This was booked weeks in advance. I had a very bad experience. They didn’t fix my car in one time. Before and after my pregnancy I have to go there 10x back and Fort just to clear to them all the issues of my veh They didn’t fix my car in one time. Before and after my pregnancy I have to go there 10x back and Fort just to clear to them all the issues of my vehicle.. always telling me it will be fix tomorrow every time I will ask a rent a car or loaner. I just let my car sit in the garage for 3 months because there’s still a problem and I already had a trauma going back and forth. Very inconvenience without a car for 3months with my baby.i will not go back there unless they don’t fix my vehicle right and tell everyone about my experience and never recommend kia south. Never again More
