They tried to sell me a vehicle that was dirty, then try to sell me a detailing package and the vehicle had a broken windshield. Then tried to pressure me into a sale. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Once we had decided on a vehicle in our price range we sat down to negotiate the total amount. This is where we were alarmed when the price jumped from $32,000+ to 41,000 + dollars. This is where it became confusing and frustrating. We were no longer sure of what we were agreeing to as we were not even sure of what some of the items were. Some of these extra fees entailed an Alberta prep fee, air tax, the vehicle theft fee, plus a registration fee. The. Anti theft fee is a pile of garbage as the police do not track stolen vehicles as they do not have time, we pay insurance for vehicle theft, we should not have had to pay this. After we had thought it over we realized it and tried to take it off. Furthermore we are still not sure of what all the Alberta prep fee entails, and have been asking for a list of what it all covers, after asking several times and then sending a request via email we still have not received it. I guess we should not of agreed to this either until we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. We felt pressured and finally agreed to a price, however still feel that we overpaid on some of these fees. I would recommend going home and thinking the deal over before signing anything. We do like the vehicle however and some of the people that assisted us. More
Visited Go Auto-Kia today and dealt with Harkirat Padda. It was a great experience and he gave us the best customer service which was beyond our expectations. We recently purchased a new Seltos from Go Kia South and had a great experience from Justin our sales agent, Geno, the Sales manager, & Shan, the Finance manager. They fully explained the options available and were willing to work with us and our budget. The car was ready when promised and Justin went through its features with us in detail. We’ve been advised to call if we have any questions and have felt fully supported in the process, with all of our questions being fully answered. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
