Service Advisor Was in their to have my carpets and seats cleaned,Mckenzie looked after me. when i returned at 4:30pm to get it. Paid and opened the drivers door and said what the xxxx it was dirty and looked like someone spilled dirty soap on it, so i went back inside young guy looked after me said bring it back inside and we will clean it. When i came back in Mckenzie said oh thats extra like all 3 other doors were wiped but not the drivers door. this young lady needs to get some manners as she is very rude. Just likely I didn't ask to see the General Manager as i would have asked what type of Dealership are you running with your service advisors being dam rude!!! More

Courteous and helpful staff above and beyond I wanted to trade in my car for a suv and the biggest thing for me was to lower my interest rate. I applied online at go auto and was called within 5 I wanted to trade in my car for a suv and the biggest thing for me was to lower my interest rate. I applied online at go auto and was called within 5 mins then i was directed to kia south my salesman was Garfield who was exceptional and patient and really listened to what I was looking for i also dealt with Anthony and John in finance they found my perfect vehicle and also lowered my interest rate to over half what I was paying which was awesome. The whole experience was fun fast and not stressful. They made me feel like a valued customer I would definitely go back there thanks guys :) More
Excellent Customer Service I came in to Kia to start my search for a new vehicle. The staff was very friendly and taught me several things I needed to know before buying a car. What I liked best is that the staff did not pressure me or force me into a vehicle I didn't like unlike other dealerships, the staff listened to my interests and made decisions based upon what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership for people who are looking for new or used vehicles. More

We dealt with Leland, a salesperson, and Jordan, a sales manager, whom were very focused on finding us the best available solution to fit our budget and desires. They worked very hard to beat every other dealership's offers, while being respectful and pleasant the entire time. I would highly recommend this experience for any others looking for a Kia in the future. More

HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS Despite being told they don't work off commission and will not "pressure" you into a purchase, Jordan Peterson was very adamant about getting me into Despite being told they don't work off commission and will not "pressure" you into a purchase, Jordan Peterson was very adamant about getting me into a car that day and absolutely refused to take NO for an answer. I was in the dealership for over 2 and half hours, 30 minutes of which I sat alone. They took my cars keys hostage, claiming "we are appraising your car" (even though it stayed parked in the exact same spot). When I had asked for my keys back I around the 2 hour mark, I was given the same answer "still appraising". During my time he (Jordan) was saying things like "All cars are basically the same", "If you regret buying the car today, you can always sell it and make a profit later" but not before telling me that all vehicles depreciate in value as soon as you buy it. He lacked concern about getting me into the RIGHT vehicle and cared more about getting me into ANY vehicle since quote "They are all the same". When I first sat down I said I was not looking to make a purchase today and only wished to see what my vehicle is worth and to test drive another. I had said "No" to many offers they made and was only met with more offers, which I had expressed I was not interested in each time. After they finally took no for an answer, I could tell he was visibly upset with me and was met with a rude disposition. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have always purchased my vehicles privately and was looking forward to a dealership experience. Jordan is the most unpleasant sales person I have dealt with in any type of business and it will be a while before I visit ANY dealership again, especially one that would employ him or anyone like him. I will go back to purchasing vehicles privately to keep my money out of pockets like his. Thank you for wasting my valuable time. More
Don't buy a Kia here, I wish I had gone somewhere else Very high pressure sales. They do a credit check before you've even had a test drive. Very secretive and misleading practices, trying to up your payments with many "options" while you atill haven't seen a breakdown of price or what they are giving you for your trade in. I had to threaten to walk away before they would tell me what my trade in value was - it was hidden within the overall bill so you can't really tell. I still can't figure out my bill of sale, They added on something called the "Alberta Package". As far as I can tell, this consists of. Block heater (valued at $84 as an option on the Kia Canada website), plastic mud flaps and rock chip repairs, $1500. That's a lot of rock chip repairs. And they put in other add ins that they said they would throw in for free, then charged me an additional $1200 for that. I won't be back to that dealership and will take my service elsewhere. More
