I was in the dealership for over 2 and half hours, 30 minutes of which I sat alone. They took my cars keys hostage, claiming "we are appraising your car" (even though it stayed parked in the exact same spot). When I had asked for my keys back I around the 2 hour mark, I was given the same answer "still appraising". During my time he (Jordan) was saying things like "All cars are basically the same", "If you regret buying the car today, you can always sell it and make a profit later" but not before telling me that all vehicles depreciate in value as soon as you buy it. He lacked concern about getting me into the RIGHT vehicle and cared more about getting me into ANY vehicle since quote "They are all the same". When I first sat down I said I was not looking to make a purchase today and only wished to see what my vehicle is worth and to test drive another. I had said "No" to many offers they made and was only met with more offers, which I had expressed I was not interested in each time. After they finally took no for an answer, I could tell he was visibly upset with me and was met with a rude disposition. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have always purchased my vehicles privately and was looking forward to a dealership experience. Jordan is the most unpleasant sales person I have dealt with in any type of business and it will be a while before I visit ANY dealership again, especially one that would employ him or anyone like him. I will go back to purchasing vehicles privately to keep my money out of pockets like his. Thank you for wasting my valuable time. More
Don't buy a Kia here, I wish I had gone somewhere else Very high pressure sales. They do a credit check before you've even had a test drive. Very secretive and misleading practices, trying to up your payments with many "options" while you atill haven't seen a breakdown of price or what they are giving you for your trade in. I had to threaten to walk away before they would tell me what my trade in value was - it was hidden within the overall bill so you can't really tell. I still can't figure out my bill of sale, They added on something called the "Alberta Package". As far as I can tell, this consists of. Block heater (valued at $84 as an option on the Kia Canada website), plastic mud flaps and rock chip repairs, $1500. That's a lot of rock chip repairs. And they put in other add ins that they said they would throw in for free, then charged me an additional $1200 for that. I won't be back to that dealership and will take my service elsewhere. More
Check the online prices for cars first I really had bad experience with these guys. If you dont do the online research then these guys gonna rip you. They were charging $16000 for the car but it was totally overpriced so i refused it. After that i checked on autotrader, the car was listed for $14900. My mistake was that i didn't check autotrader before coming to their dealership. If still you guys heading to them, pls make sure the online prices. I will never recommend anyone to go there. More

You will go for an oil change and a regular brake service and all of a sudden they will contact you with a bill of $600+ apparently for some brake hardware that is missing (screws) Went to a different dealership they said every thing os there amd there is no missing hardware! They cant seen to fix anything properly the first time, had a coolent leak so they said its coming from the o-ring they replaced the o-ring and test drove the vehicle for 20+kms next day same issue coolent is leaking when i opened the hood coolent was spraying all over the engine bay. Took it back in 1 day later they phone saying that the leak is from the upper rad hose clamp which they want $80. I am dealing with a service advisor because she knows what she is talking about and doesnt over exaggerate when explaing the work that need to be done or was completed. Unfortunately she was off today and the dealership was closed on sunday and We get a phone call from the current assistant service manager (WATCH OUT FOR HIM ) He will try to get service done on something that doesn't need to be done or is incompatible with the vehicle eg: New sorentos dont have hydraulic power steering, only electric he tried to get a power steering flush done on something the car doesnt have and if you decline any work he is recommending he WILL phone the other contact number asking to do the services. Im 21 I have drove my dads sorento to kia for a oil change only. He does the walk around of the vehicle and opens the hood checks everything amd closes it then he grabs your odometer reading after he will come to the desk amd say your coolent color is off it should be bright green i said okay ill talk to my dad and let you know soon and he says if you would like i can call your dad and ask him myself if he would like the services done. I said no i will talk myself Who do you think you are just cause im 21 And its my dads vehicle you are going to phone my dad and ask him? If my dad wasnt working that day he would have brought the vehicle himself. LONG STORY SHORT DONT BELIVE ANYTHING THIS ASSISTANT MANAGER SAYS! More

My mom had bought a couple vehicles from that Grande Prairie, KIA dealership, and continues to rave about their excellent customer service there. HOWEVER; that is NOT the case at this location! I was heavily pressured into buying a new, optima SX turbo. Within 3 days of owning it, it's "check engine" light came on and it would just limp along while attempting to accelerate speed. It took a couple shop visits before anything was resolved, and it was xxxx trying to get them to collaborate! - DON'T LEAVE MESSAGES. They WON'T call you back, and don't let them forward your call to "parts" either, because that lady just hangs up on you, or forwards you to their imaginary voicemail. It was a brand new vehicle, and they ended up charging us for parts that it was supposedly missing? We were also promised a set of winter tires that was apart of our deal; and they tried to burn us on that tool! - It took 4 months before we actually received them, and we had to fight for them! They also charged $80.00 for an oil change recently.... That place is a money grab! I encourage others to take your business elsewhere. More

That was on a Friday and he sent me info on this Toyota Tundra (which we wanted) 2010 with only 77,000 kms on it. It was in mint condition inside and out and a beautiful hunter green. It was the only truck the we drove, it was perfect just what we wanted and no hassles. Everyone at Kia was great. If you are looking for the perfect vehicle I highly recommend Phan, he was awesome and the deal was done the next day. More
