Best New Addition to the team! Hands down one of the most through sales person I've dealt with in years! This is my 3rd new car purchase with the Go Auto group and this one was the most complicated deal ive had to try and make. Jonathan made it easy, stayed late, answered texts, and even came all the way out to my work to get the final docs signed so that my turnover want quick and simple. Overpriced service department Car wouldn't start and the ESC-off light wouldn't turn off, so I took the car into Kia for a diagnostic. They charged me $340 for just diagnosing the Car wouldn't start and the ESC-off light wouldn't turn off, so I took the car into Kia for a diagnostic. They charged me $340 for just diagnosing the issue. This is just robbing your loyal customers. Needless to say, this is last time I'll be going back for anything. More

Maintenance service appointment I had a vehicle booked for tire change and maintenance and quoted $360 but when I came in they told me it actually needed the next level of service wh I had a vehicle booked for tire change and maintenance and quoted $360 but when I came in they told me it actually needed the next level of service which came to$650 so I was a little unprepared. Friendly Staff & Fast Service Car was due for an oil change & my windshield fluid jets were not projecting out for some reason. On top of that my hood would not open up when using Car was due for an oil change & my windshield fluid jets were not projecting out for some reason. On top of that my hood would not open up when using the button. Ended up going to Go Kia South as it was the closest dealership to my place of work. Brought it in early morning around 8 & was assisted by an adviser named is Josh. Was told i had to leave the car there for servicing as i didn't have an appointment & it may take a couple of hours before they can do my car but it should be done by the end of the day. They also provide a shuttle to drop me back off at work. I was able to have my car all fixed up by the end of my work shift, which i was not expecting as there was more than 1 issue with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. Luckily it was not anything major & the staff were friendly & helpful. Service was quite prompt seeing as i did not have an appointment with multiple concerns. I would definitely go back if i need more servicing. More

Exceeded all expectations! We have been buying luxury brand vehicles for many years; from BMWs to Porsches, and have enjoyed them all. We decided to look for another vehicle t We have been buying luxury brand vehicles for many years; from BMWs to Porsches, and have enjoyed them all. We decided to look for another vehicle to replace my daily driver, which was a Subaru, and we looked at all the options. Our needs were a reliable, well-built vehicle, with AWD, that also drove well. We scoured the internet, reading review after review. We test drive many vehicles, and spoke to a number of knowledgeable people associated with the automotive industry. To our surprise, we found ourselves test driving a 2018 Kia Sportage. This vehicle far exceeded expectations. Price, fit, finish, options, handling - it was all there. As much as we liked the vehicle, we couldn't find a dealer in Calgary that we could deal with. Then along came Phan Nguyen at Kia South in Edmonton. Phan was not only easy to deal with, but he immediately inspired trust, and demonstrated a true understanding of our needs. We did the entire deal over the phone, and purchased the Sportage sight-unseen. Living in the mountains, some 400+ km from Edmonton wasn't even an issue. Phan graciously offered to hop in the vehicle and deliver it in person. Unreal ! I have already made referrals to Phan at Kia South, and will continue to do so. What can't they all be like this ?!
