Overpriced service department Car wouldn't start and the ESC-off light wouldn't turn off, so I took the car into Kia for a diagnostic. They charged me $340 for just diagnosing the Car wouldn't start and the ESC-off light wouldn't turn off, so I took the car into Kia for a diagnostic. They charged me $340 for just diagnosing the issue. This is just robbing your loyal customers. Needless to say, this is last time I'll be going back for anything. More

Maintenance service appointment I had a vehicle booked for tire change and maintenance and quoted $360 but when I came in they told me it actually needed the next level of service wh I had a vehicle booked for tire change and maintenance and quoted $360 but when I came in they told me it actually needed the next level of service which came to$650 so I was a little unprepared.
