Megan greeted me with absolute friendliness and a witty personality that drew me to her quickly. Megan took the time to get to know a bit about me and my family and why I was looking at a change of vehicle and she was able to show me a few vehicles while I waited for service. Megan was not pushy or intrusive which made me want to pursue a new vehicle sale. I believe Megan and Jordan had my families best interests at heart when helping us out. I would %1000 recommend Megan as representation when looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Worst Experience EVER!!! I recently attempted to purchase a used Rav4 from your dealership and had the worst experience possible! Late last week I started emailing with Vivek I recently attempted to purchase a used Rav4 from your dealership and had the worst experience possible! Late last week I started emailing with Vivek about the 2015 white Rav4. I asked a few questions and placed an offer. I was told by him to my surprise that he would not even take my offer to his team without my 100% commitment to purchasing it and I would need a deposit. I told him that I could never do that as I would never blindly buy a vehicle with out at least a test drive. I live in Calgary so I needed to secure an offer before driving up to Edmonton so therefore no ones time would be wasted. He conceded and I gave him all my financial info and he went to check on a price. They advertise no pressure sales but trust me it is anything but!!! I then received a phone call from Jordan, a man I wish I never dealt with!!! He gave me a final price of 25400. I said I would need a bit of time to think. Approx. 45 mins later I contacted Vivek by phone and agreed to the terms and price and he took my credit card to run through the 5000 deposit and we discussed when I would drive up and go for a test drive. After celebrating my possible new car I received another phone call from Jordan who informed me he no longer will give me the offer and its 25900 or nothing at all!!! I informed him i agreed already and Vivek was running my deposit. He informed me "deals change". He spoke to me like an idiot. He was rude and arrogant and absolutely unprofessional. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. This is not my first time. I am a 35 year old woman with a career who owns her own home and this is not my first car!!! The worst part is I would have paid the 25900 had that been the actual offer however the offer was 25400. Had he been polite or apologized I would have paid the 25900 still. its not the money, its the principle and how the situation was horrendously handled. I am personally insulted. This dealership needs better handling of customers and better manners!! This is a warning to anyone thinking of buying from these people. There are a lot of awesome dealerships out there and let me assure you that Go KIA South is NOT one of them. More
