I've since learned a bunch of information that would of definitely changed my opinion on buying this vehicle, but since the sales person wasn't forthcoming and honest I unfortunately found out to late, I've had it in a few times already and found the service department very unprofessional, I know longer bring my vehicle to this dealership for these and more reasons. I would never buy a kia again and I'll never, ever give southside kia any of my business and I highly recommend you save yourself the hasseles I've had to go through and go somewhere else. More

Bought a vehicle only to have it break down twice six months I purchased a vehicle in June. I got the protective package on it and spilled a liquid on the seats a few weeks later to have it seep in and stain the I purchased a vehicle in June. When I talked to the go kia supervisor, he was condescending and rude. However, they did do the package again which I'm grateful for. I was driving less then six months after my purchase, it kept stalling and it was burning. My clutch was destroyed. I have two vehicles that are manual. My mechanic said if it was me who wrecked it, i would have tyre sane issue with my other vehicle. It was ruined before purchased and should have been caught upon purchase. This is according to my mechanic. When I got it replaced, I thought my mechanic messed up as it seemed way different. It turns out I've Been driving with it broken the entire time. It stalled on the test drive and we brought it up to the sakes associate who assured us it was looked into and everything is ok. I live out of town. Christmas day in minus 20 degree weather, itt stalled in the middle of the highway and wouldn't start again leaving my baby and I freezing in 45 minutes out of town. I bought this car because it was supposed to be a reliable vehicle. I bought it from go auto as they are supposed to be reputable. I do not recommend go auto to anyone. I don't believe they are being accountable for problems with their vehicles. I believe they sell vehicles that do not work properly and do not check them like they say they do. I bought a lemon of a vehicle and feel very jaded by the car industry. And then advantage of. More

Best New Addition to the team! Hands down one of the most through sales person I've dealt with in years! Overpriced service department Car wouldn't start and the ESC-off light wouldn't turn off, so I took the car into Kia for a diagnostic.
