Respectable experience buying our Sorento Took two tries but finally worked out a deal with our sales rep Kyle Fix who was better to work with than most car sales reps we've dealt with. Would've scored 5 stars for the dealership if they didn't make my wife cry the first time around when we said we wanted our vehicle in white before any price haggling and discussion of options. Then after a couple hours of back and forth negotiating and paying the deposit, the sales manager tells us they only had a black one available which was the total opposite of what we wanted. After a few weeks passed and we calmed down and decided we could live with the color but hope in future dealings that customers get what they want with upfront honesty before the whole negotiating ordeal. More
