Customer service was excellent. It’s too expensive to get service done at go auto. It’s overpriced for 30 mins to diagnose my suv cost me $500.00 even paying $500 unable to diagnos It’s too expensive to get service done at go auto. They told us we have to get new started after that they will be able to diagnose the suv. To change the starter was costing me $5000.00, So we decided to take my suv to private garage which only cost us $350 and towing $100. I will not recommend to get service done at go auto . It’s overpriced better and takes lot of time. I was not even given courtesy car or ride back home after dropping my vehicle instead I had rental a car on my expense. I will Recommend to check private local garage in your area . Do your research before going to go auto in surrey bc either buying or getting service done. More

Just like to say that this was the best experience at any car dealership I have ever had from the moment we arrived at the dealership. There was a person waiting to take our little spark EV, and have it char car dealership I have ever had from the moment we arrived at the dealership. There was a person waiting to take our little spark EV, and have it charged while we were purchasing the dodge demon when we got inside, we were offered Beverages we went to the went. They showed us the car, and everyone was all excited about it the person that did the financing not try to force us to get any kind of warrantees. She was great then we went to the desk and we did our deposit and couldn’t figure out why there was always being running run there but then we found out later that was because every time somebody purchased a car, they would ring the gong, and everybody would share, which Seem kind of unusual. We never encountered that in Victoria but they just seem like such a happy dealership not forcing people to buy cars and walking you in a room like we had previously encountered at a dealership in Victoria so this was a refreshing experience the insurance guy was very personable was great to just get everything done in one place we didn’t have to go to another insurance place they set up everything on my phone , the whole thing was just a great experience. They took pictures of me multiple pictures. Everybody was so happy and he was like I was the only customer my wife was sitting there, reading the paper and they kept on it she she even commented about how happy how friendly and happy everybody was and they even suggested that they would drive her to Costco and bring her back while I was dealing with all the paperwork but we didn’t end up doing that because they thought that it was gonna be too busy and she wouldn’t even get to buy anything but anyways overall we just like to say that this is the best car buying experience we ever had and we’re telling everybody that if they need to buy a car go over to Surrey and buy it from Go Dodge. It’s worth the price of the ferry because he certainly don’t get treated like that at any dealership in Victoria and we’ve dealt with many thanks again Go Dodge oh plus they don’t charge any exorbitant documentation fees which every dealership on the island does so that’s a bonus as well, so that’s more than covered as the cost of the ferry LUKE also arranged for my car to be picked up and delivered my new car to me at no charge Luke and his Team are all very professional and they all know there jobs well and clearly enjoy giving their Customers a great car buying experience. My Wife loved the fancy Hot Chocolate Machine and she even said it was the best car buying experience she had ever had and she is A very critical person thanks again for such a great deal and giving me my dream car that I’ve always wanted LUKE went way above and beyond to make this deal for me to get my car. No other dealership that I was dealing with was willing to do what he’s done for me. thank you very much again the dealership was awesome More

I bought a new 2017 Powerwagon truck. The sales person (Tiffany) was fantastic however the Service Department is terrible. I continued going there because my truck had a Lifetime Engine The sales person (Tiffany) was fantastic however the Service Department is terrible. I continued going there because my truck had a Lifetime Engine Program which required me to complete regular maintenance at their shop. They didn't inform me of rust issues. I purchased extra protection rust inhibitor and insurancevwhen I bought it however they never fixed it while my truck was under it's 5 years guarantee. They also take a all day to do an oil change which is super inconvenient when driving in from Chilliwack. They don't have convenience cars available for out of town customers. More
Tyson Rosales and Larry Zhao are the two biggest xxxxxxxx I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I brought my truck to another Ram Dealership within two days of taking it off the lot and they tol I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. I brought my truck to another Ram Dealership within two days of taking it off the lot and they told me the truck should have never passed a safety inspection. Air suspension was completely blown out and both manifolds had to be replaced. Never buy from this dealership, their disregard for quality anssurance and safety is disgusting. More
