I purchased a 4Runner limited from Gateway and from the day I walked into the dealer to my most recent 60,000 km service I have had an exceptional exp I purchased a 4Runner limited from Gateway and from the day I walked into the dealer to my most recent 60,000 km service I have had an exceptional experience; far above other dealerships I have dealt with. The pricing for my service intervals has been competitive and accurate with the Toyota recommended pricing. My wife and I plan to get a new car for her and we will definitely be buying from Gateway for both the purchase experience and excellent service department. I recommend Gateway to anyone looking for superior service and an excellent buying experience! More

High pressure, dishonest Bought a used car, I am happy enough with the vehicle a few months later, but was very unimpressed with the service. Was told the carfax report showed no accident, but upon inspection it had very clearly been in an accident, and the salesman tried to dance around that fact. It was also missing a small plastic cover on the bumper, which they said they'd get for me, but it took four separate visits to finally get one from them, the first three times being "I promise I will get that on the go." High pressure sales, smug sales managers, and they couldn't care less about post-sale service. Credit people were the only bright spot, surprisingly not pushy about selling extras, although it was and the end of the day. Will never go back. More

I brought my 2013 Tundra in for service today, Todd squeezed my appointment in immediately due to a last minute change to my plans even though they were fully booked up. Now that's customer service! Thanks Todd! Service at Gateway is always a pleasure no matter which service representative is taking care of you, Todd, Troy or even Chris Schultz the service manager. Always a warm friendly welcome with a smile to the dealership. My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Gateway and have always been very impressed with the professionalism and vehicle knowledge of the Gateway sales team. Then that same attitude carries through to the most important aspect of car ownership, the maintenance of your investment. I highly recommend anyone who has never visited Gateway Toyota for service or sales to visit them! Neal Gratton and his staff should be the benchmark for all dealers to aspire too, because vehicle purchasing should be a fun and pleasurable experience, and that is exactly what you get with these guys! They are not following the AMVIC's guideline on resale of used vehicl Hi, I have very bad experience with this dealership, will never recommend them. They are not following the AMVIC's guideline on resale of used vehicle, They are not standing behind their product and believe in unfair trade practice. Toyota should cancel the dealership because this people is spoiling the image of Toyota in Canada. They sold me a faulty BMW 330 i and harassed me for two months in getting replacement for that. I paid $2500 (total $11000) more in comparison to open market price for getting 2008-Ford Escape XLT (Basic with 85000 km) as a replacement against the faulty BMW after 2 months headache. The sales manager (Dan) and general manager (Neil) of the company are promoting unfair practice. They tried to cheat me. Because of this people I lost my trust in Canadian automobile dealer. More
