Almost perfection I had my car in for an oil change today. I arrived on time, at 1:00, they quoted an hour, and that's exactly how long I waited. However, I had also I had my car in for an oil change today. I arrived on time, at 1:00, they quoted an hour, and that's exactly how long I waited. However, I had also asked them about power-buffing a few areas on the car, which the service rep said she would let me know the time availability in the detailing department for today, or whether we'd have to reschedule for another time. I went to wait for my service to be done, but she never came to tell me about the buffing - it seems it was forgotten. I'll have to make another appointment and do it another time. Otherwise, the people are so friendly and helpful, and the service work was done quickly. An added bonus was that they had washed the car for me, which was unexpected. More
