Hello Zhyle, I've investigated this instance you wrote about above, and the reason the delays took place was because of your personal credit, including your co-signers that we tried with, and finally your proof of income, which needed to be verified by the bank. Unfortunately, your employer did not answer the banks requests to verify and this prolonged the process. I'm sorry you've had a less than stellar experience with us, we've tried contacting you several times to discuss the reason behind the delays, which were unfortunately out of our control. If you could please contact us, we'd love to smooth things over with you and give you a full breakdown of the process that took place in terms of the financing approval we had, which was conditional and subject to verification by the banks.
