So happy, we bought two!!! It is difficult to put in a few words how happy we are with our experience with Dave MacCrae at Galt Chrysler! Especially after what had been easily It is difficult to put in a few words how happy we are with our experience with Dave MacCrae at Galt Chrysler! Especially after what had been easily the worst car shopping experience ever, previous to finding him. I had been looking for a new suv since the fall of 2014. By November I had made the decision to buy a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. After doing my research, I had all of my options picked out and just needed to find someone to sell the vehicle to me. My boyfriend and I went to multiple dealerships in the GTA, only to experience shadiness and tackless sales approaches over and over. We finally made a deal at the end of December - or so we thought - at one dealership but when I got the paperwork home it didn't match up to anything that we had agreed upon. We cancelled the deal. After that we decided to leave the GTA and just buy the jeep in our hometown - even though we had been to the dealership before and hadn't been impressed. We told the sales rep what we had just been through and that we just wanted the jeep at a decent price and we would make a deal. They gave us one price one day and then got me to come in the next day (when my boyfriend was at work) and suddenly the price changed by $80/month!! I left the dealership exhausted and ready to give up on even buying this vehicle, but was waiting for my boyfriend to get off work anyway, so I decided to head down Highway 24 to Cambridge to the Galt dealership and just see what they were pricing the Jeep at - at this point, just for curiosity sake. There I met Dave, who was no nonsense from the get go and quoted the Jeep at the exact same price I had originally been given before but was reneged on. By the time my boyfriend arrived to meet me, I was already happily signing the papers. We were both so impressed with Dave's straightforwardness, honesty and efficiency that my boyfriend started talking to him about needing a new vehicle for work. He is a sales rep and on the road all day. Dave worked tirelessly to get him the most affordable deal possible on a new Grand Cherokee Eco-diesel SUV. The idea of having two brand new vehicles was overwhelming to us but the deal Dave offered was so great AND more importantly to us (and what ultimately made our decision) we were so comforted buying a vehicle (two vehicles) from someone who we could clearly trust, that we felt we couldn't walk away from the offer. A month later, we both love our Jeeps and hope that Dave is still there when we need to replace them down the road! More

Everyone in sales room was friendly when it looked like we were left alone when we were actually still browsing. Overall a very good car buying experience. Trina was kind, helpful, patient, understanding, and truly on our side. Our growing family needed a van but we were looking to balance the cool features I wanted with the realities of our budget. Trina was able to supply us with a number of options and, in the end, we were able to find this van - that we love *and* could afford. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful and overwhelming - especially with the added budgetary and safety concerns we now have to think about with our little ones. Trina was extremely helpful, is totally trustworthy and wasn't trying to "sell us" anything - rather, just trying to help our family find what works best for us. We found just that, thanks to Trina.
