Service? Like another reviewer here the sales department seems to work 25 hours a day .The service department not so much.Had the car in in July they rotated t Like another reviewer here the sales department seems to work 25 hours a day .The service department not so much.Had the car in in July they rotated tires and never put the locking wheel nut back on or didn't tighten it.Tried numerous times to get a recall done ,no parts available.Told I was put on a waiting list in October and I had to call in December to be told oh yes we have parts. Left the car with them the afternoon of the day BEFORE our appointment and got a call at 4PM the day it was scheduled asking if we could leave it until lunch the next day.I guess it wasn't important enough that I made an appointment but they never got around to getting the work done even when I gave them the Journey for 36 hours. But of course they tried to upsell me on getting my brakes serviced and fuel injectors cleaned.Guess they would have gotten that gravy work done on time. Well I guess it's ok cause I can tell you you'll never see my vehicle in your shop again or us in the sales department.I'd rather drive to Kitchener then deal with these people. More

Warranty and service My wife needed a new car after a accident. She purchased a new Journey and soon after the plastic key stuck in the ignition - unable to lock car and l My wife needed a new car after a accident. She purchased a new Journey and soon after the plastic key stuck in the ignition - unable to lock car and leave it safely. The repair took some time to complete and the car didn't start properly afterwards for a long time. Complaints fell on deaf ears at Galt. In for service appointment - 2 hours later oops forgot you were here excuse. Registered recall notice for same ignition switch that was never repaired properly - stopped in numerous times to inquire if parts had arrived - service never logged in the concern or visit dates. Finally dealt with Dave Keffer and before long it was repaired but took almost a year and a lot of contact with different offices of FCA. Again we get a steering recall and my wife registered the recall at Galt for repairs July 23 2016 and so far no contact or the repairs. We get numerous sales pitches to come buy another vehicle and we'd love to as the Journey is now 5 years old. But being put off so much by Galt what could ever make them think we'd trust them again. I received a Black Friday sales offer for a Ram and drove up to see it and of course it's not there. There is so much more but the point here is made. More
