We Will Be Back My husband took my truck in for an oil change as he likes our vehicles to be ready for the colder weather. He was able to get the truck in on the same day that he called the service department and they took him in right away. Upon inspection of the vehicle, they discovered that the rear fluids needed to be changed and since we had only purchased the truck two months earlier, the service manager was able to alleviate some of the cost to us. My husband said that everyone in the service department treated him with respect and professionalism. He was raving about the service to me which prompted me to send in big kudos to everyone that were involved with dealing with him. We will be back for our next service and will be recommending the Freedom Ford Service Department to others. More

Great experience! I was greeted immediately by Eric when I walked in. He was polite and helpful and I was checked in and on my way in minutes. I was called within 2 ho I was greeted immediately by Eric when I walked in. He was polite and helpful and I was checked in and on my way in minutes. I was called within 2 hours to say my vehicle was ready and got the great news that the repair was covered by warranty. Received the same polite and quick service when I picked up my vehicle. Very happy with the repairs that were done. More

Warranty repairs Brought 2016 Explorer in to dealer for 2 issues... 1. oil leaking onto manifold from PTU this is the 2nd time in 3 months this has been repaired. Thi Brought 2016 Explorer in to dealer for 2 issues... 1. oil leaking onto manifold from PTU this is the 2nd time in 3 months this has been repaired. This causes a very acrid smell inside the vehicle. This PTU leak is apparently a frequent problm. 2. Engine hesitation when accelerating. Problems were quickly diagnosed and rectified...new gasket for leak and new spark plug for hesitation. Vehicle was done within 4 hours. :):):) Excellent service from drop off to pick up. More

Unbelievably unprofessional I had 3 re-calls on my perfectly running car. Brought my car here as it's the closest to my house. They fix the recalls no problem. Cool. Then my passenger side back seat starts flooding with water. Using common sense I assume this has to do with the seals on my door that were recalled and had been replaced. Bring my car in on a Friday morning tell them the exact problem. They have my car all weekend and some and refused to check what I told them to. They resealed my windows, trunk, and under the driver side...after repeatedly telling them it was the passenger side back seat only they still didn't get it. So I picked up my car and fixed it myself. I'm a mid-twenties woman with no experience in cars and I fixed this. A whole team of "professionals" couldn't figure this out. If they would have done what I clear as day told them to do I wouldn't have been without my car for nearly a week. Also - whenever I called and asked for an update I could never get a clear answer from their service advisors and was refused the right to speak with the person directly touching my vehicle. I HIGHLY reccomend choosing a different dealership to take your vehicle. I am definitely putting the extra mileage on my car and going elsewhere next time. Lastly - when I came to pick up my car they had it sitting in on coming traffic. My radio was blasting, and my seats were all leaned back. I was also down a quarter tank of gas. This place is a disgrace. More

Return customer, possibly for the last time 4 years ago i bought a new car at Freedom Ford, and for those 4 years I repeatedly bragged about the flawless purchase, and service. So when the urge 4 years ago i bought a new car at Freedom Ford, and for those 4 years I repeatedly bragged about the flawless purchase, and service. So when the urge hit to trade in, I didnt hesitate or shop at any other dealer, and headed straight back. The sales experience was great, Shout out to Tye Gugulyn. Thank you. However the same cant be said about the finance department. Attempts to clear up some questionable charges and get my payment info into ford credit have come unanswered. A month after the purchase I am still manually sending payments for the new car. I've given up and will do the paperwork myself. I guess the nearly $500 doc fee wasn't enough to get this done for me. Since i've never had any problems with the service department, in fact they have always been exceptionally friendly and fast, i will still return to Freedom for service. More

New F150 Lariat I had contacted this dealership after hours and got a reply that someone would call, I then got a call when this dealership was not open from Nathan K I had contacted this dealership after hours and got a reply that someone would call, I then got a call when this dealership was not open from Nathan Kelly to discuss what truck I was looking for. This blew my mind that a dealership would go out of its way to contact me back. I went on a Sunday and got to meet Nathan who was an absolute fun person to deal with and very knowledgeable about the truck I was looking to purchase. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a truck, what my needs were and found me quite possibly the greatest truck I have ever seen. The great experience carried through to the test drives, to working numbers with both Nathan and Jonathon. I was then passed on to Arlene to finish the deal. She was great to talk with, easy to deal with and found a loan that was even better then we had hoped. After my purchase on Aug 31 this dealership has continued their contact to make sure the truck is still great and if I need anything else that they are here for me. I have not had this experience from any other dealership. To bad my truck is so beautiful and everything that I dreamed that I won't have the pleasure for awhile to deal with them all again.
