We came in knew the exact truck we wanted, test drove it, negotiated a deal, signed and paid deposit. Literally two days later we get a call from our sales person telling us that our deal is cancelled. I ask negotiated a deal, signed and paid deposit. Literally two days later we get a call from our sales person telling us that our deal is cancelled. I ask to speak to the GM, no call. I call back and speak with Lawrence, who not only talks over me but lies to my face and tells me my husband cancelled the deal. So then my husband decides to go in to understand what happened and Lawrence gets right in his face, threatens him and then threatens to call the police. Shortly after the General sales manager pulls my husband aside apologizes for the mess that Lawrence made and tries to sell us a different truck. This dealership is full of insane sales people with the most disgusting pressure tactics. save yourself time and go anywhere but here. I took the time to read the reviews after this incident happened to me. I warn anyone else to do the same as this seems to be an ongoing occurrence. More

went in to look at trading in my truck for a newer one(i ended up selling it for 15k) they were trying to force me to buy a xxx truck from them for 10k over market value and refused to give me my keys back ended up selling it for 15k) they were trying to force me to buy a xxx truck from them for 10k over market value and refused to give me my keys back when i tried to leave, by far the scummiest dealership i have ever seen FYI they swore up and down that my truck was undrivable and it was only worth 2000$, it was a 2010 ranger with 55xxxkms More

Hey, everybody. I want to tell you about my experience of buying a car. I have been to more than one showroom in Edmonton and in every salon there was something tha I want to tell you about my experience of buying a car. I have been to more than one showroom in Edmonton and in every salon there was something that prevented me from buying a car. At one point I came to Freedom Ford and everything was great from the very beginning. Nice salon staff and friendly atmosphere. My family and I are new to Canada and we don't have a good credit history or language and we have only been working for two months, but that didn't stop us from buying a car on credit. We met a wonderful person named David who helped us with choosing a car, gave us a test drive, explained all the features and functions of the car and to our surprise the car was available. Initially I expected to wait about 3 months for the car, but no, the car was in stock and it was cool. David helped us to prepare all the necessary documents and helped us with translation into English. I would also like to thank Houssen, the finance specialist, who helped us to understand the new financial system and to achieve a comfortable payment for us. Many thanks to David and Houssen and the rest of the staff for making our lives a little more interesting. More

This dealership is full of thieves. Promises are not kept,even when they are documented . They will charge you for everything they can after you agree to a price. They will not make sure the vehicle is as promised. I bought a truck the needed work on the 4x4 system, water leaks in the sunroof, engine noise that showed up after a longer drive. This truck was supposed to have an out of province inspection which I believe was falsified to hide these problems. Two months of discussions and they basically told me to take a hike. It was too long after the sale. So be aware they drag these concerns out so they can use this tactic. Best thing I can say is don't waste your money here, they will not take care of you after the sale. They will want you to pay for diagnosis after spending thousands on as vehicle.which is not right. Shop somewhere else it's gotta be better than this corrupt bunch of managers. More

AVOID this sham "body shop" . .. got 4 reviews around town 'n had to call backk 2x's in 2wks for their appraisal. The head of the repairs, Argen, hastily gave a wildly overpriced .. got 4 reviews around town 'n had to call backk 2x's in 2wks for their appraisal. The head of the repairs, Argen, hastily gave a wildly overpriced estimate twice as much as 3 others, on the phone! He had the xxxxx to claim, "it's cus they do things right"! Guess Herbers 'n other well respected body shop professionals are loosers?!! Truth is FF is incompetent & this is the 2nd occasion I've had to call and get them to provide their estimate wks beyond the booked appointment for an estimate. And, both times no body shop person actually viewed the damage, the receptionist took cell photos! Ford should be ashamed this is their only name-brand body repair shop in Edmonton. This got one star only because a no-star "fail" wasn't an available option. More
