This dealership is full of thieves. Promises are not kept,even when they are documented . They will charge you for everything they can after you agree to a price. They will not make sure the vehicle is as promised. I bought a truck the needed work on the 4x4 system, water leaks in the sunroof, engine noise that showed up after a longer drive. This truck was supposed to have an out of province inspection which I believe was falsified to hide these problems. Two months of discussions and they basically told me to take a hike. It was too long after the sale. So be aware they drag these concerns out so they can use this tactic. Best thing I can say is don't waste your money here, they will not take care of you after the sale. They will want you to pay for diagnosis after spending thousands on as vehicle.which is not right. Shop somewhere else it's gotta be better than this corrupt bunch of managers. More

AVOID this sham "body shop" . .. got 4 reviews around town 'n had to call backk 2x's in 2wks for their appraisal. The head of the repairs, Argen, hastily gave a wildly overpriced estimate twice as much as 3 others, on the phone! He had the xxxxx to claim, "it's cus they do things right"! Guess Herbers 'n other well respected body shop professionals are loosers?!! Truth is FF is incompetent & this is the 2nd occasion I've had to call and get them to provide their estimate wks beyond the booked appointment for an estimate. And, both times no body shop person actually viewed the damage, the receptionist took cell photos! Ford should be ashamed this is their only name-brand body repair shop in Edmonton. This got one star only because a no-star "fail" wasn't an available option. More

I was repeat customer at their location, i bought 2 trucks at freedom ford september 2022 and this time they screwed me big time. David needs to learn business Ethics and customer service, Ali should Stop making false promises. Tarun is a sales person with nothing but lies. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer altogether. we were looking at purchasing two new vehicles, we purchased our last 8 vehicles at freedom but after this last experience we moved on. A big thank you to Jon Gold for rescuing me on the coldest night of the year (it was minus 30 degrees). Halfway to my destination, my Ford Escape started showing a warning that my tire pressure was lo coldest night of the year (it was minus 30 degrees). Halfway to my destination, my Ford Escape started showing a warning that my tire pressure was low. I was afraid I would blow a tire and end up in an accident which I did not want to happen on the very icy streets. I pulled over and phoned a relative asking what I should do since I knew AMA had a 24 hour waiting list for service calls. I was advised that the air pumps at most gas stations were probably frozen. Fortunately, I spotted Freedom Ford and pulled in. Jon kindly filled my air with tires in the service bay and I was soon on my way. I am so grateful for his help.
