They made me a purchase order which i can provide, they pulled my partner’s credit and got us approved and then said they cannot secure the truck. Wasted my couple weeks and pulled my credit for no reason. Any verbal conversation with them basically means they will not remember when it is time to fulfill. I was repeat customer at their location, i bought 2 trucks at freedom ford september 2022 and this time they screwed me big time. David needs to learn business Ethics and customer service, Ali should Stop making false promises. Tarun is a sales person with nothing but lies. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer altogether. we were looking at purchasing two new vehicles, we purchased our last 8 vehicles at freedom but after this last experience we moved on. A big thank you to Jon Gold for rescuing me on the coldest night of the year (it was minus 30 degrees). Halfway to my destination, my Ford Escape started showing a warning that my tire pressure was lo coldest night of the year (it was minus 30 degrees). Halfway to my destination, my Ford Escape started showing a warning that my tire pressure was low. I was afraid I would blow a tire and end up in an accident which I did not want to happen on the very icy streets. I pulled over and phoned a relative asking what I should do since I knew AMA had a 24 hour waiting list for service calls. I was advised that the air pumps at most gas stations were probably frozen. Fortunately, I spotted Freedom Ford and pulled in. Jon kindly filled my air with tires in the service bay and I was soon on my way. I am so grateful for his help. Would not recommend dealing with these guys to anyone. i’ve been trying to buy a used truck from Patrick Lau for the last month just to find out i’ve been wasting my time and they’ve been trying to screw i’ve been trying to buy a used truck from Patrick Lau for the last month just to find out i’ve been wasting my time and they’ve been trying to screw me over. To begin with i was gonna purchase the vehicle without looking at it in person but before doing so i wanted the basic information before doing so like getting an inspection done which was given to me saying there was work to do to it before i purchased it witch i was fine with and patient to get things done the right way. During the process the finance team was trying to push the papers on me to sign saying the truck was ready to go, which when i called Patrick the truck was not ready. from than we continued to wait for the truck to be fixed which than i asked for an out of province inspection to be done to the truck for insurance proposed just to find out that the truck had a lot more work to be done than what was mentioned in the previews inspection sent to me and needed to be fixed before i was even able to insure it and when i called back to question about it i was told that they couldn’t do anything further business with me moving forward because it was gonna cost them to much money to fix. so if your are looking at a vehicle from these guys ask for an out of province inspection, save you some money in the long run and also don’t agree to pay all the extra fees they try to sneak into the final purchase sale. the truck i was looking to purchase was a 2009 blue extended cab f-350. hopefully this review saves someone some money and a headache. More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from the sales department. On the second drive we had problems with the vehicle and they wont stand behind anything or pay for any repairs. Worst service ever had call and book an appointment for car view with Connor no one shows up till 45 min and at that time received a call from manager to confirm that I coming to see that car and when I car view with Connor no one shows up till 45 min and at that time received a call from manager to confirm that I coming to see that car and when I told him I am waiting here since last 45 min then he realize and send Connor sales rep But surprisingly they took my info and told me car has been sold and when i talked and ask him why he didn't inform me over the phone, manager he was so rude and told me they don't have time to check if that car was available or not.
