To begin with i was gonna purchase the vehicle without looking at it in person but before doing so i wanted the basic information before doing so like getting an inspection done which was given to me saying there was work to do to it before i purchased it witch i was fine with and patient to get things done the right way. During the process the finance team was trying to push the papers on me to sign saying the truck was ready to go, which when i called Patrick the truck was not ready. from than we continued to wait for the truck to be fixed which than i asked for an out of province inspection to be done to the truck for insurance proposed just to find out that the truck had a lot more work to be done than what was mentioned in the previews inspection sent to me and needed to be fixed before i was even able to insure it and when i called back to question about it i was told that they couldn’t do anything further business with me moving forward because it was gonna cost them to much money to fix. so if your are looking at a vehicle from these guys ask for an out of province inspection, save you some money in the long run and also don’t agree to pay all the extra fees they try to sneak into the final purchase sale. the truck i was looking to purchase was a 2009 blue extended cab f-350. hopefully this review saves someone some money and a headache. More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from the sales department. On the second drive we had problems with the vehicle and they wont stand behind anything or pay for any repairs. Worst service ever had call and book an appointment for car view with Connor no one shows up till 45 min and at that time received a call from manager to confirm that I coming to see that car and when I car view with Connor no one shows up till 45 min and at that time received a call from manager to confirm that I coming to see that car and when I told him I am waiting here since last 45 min then he realize and send Connor sales rep But surprisingly they took my info and told me car has been sold and when i talked and ask him why he didn't inform me over the phone, manager he was so rude and told me they don't have time to check if that car was available or not. Again thank you for wasting my time More

However the Platinum was a white exterior; something I wasn’t keen on, but they kept on us and continued to lower the price on it. A slightly used Red Expedition Platinum came for sale, they agreed everything was good to go. Knowing we were driving FOUR HOURS, My husband got there and when he sat down to complete the deal the stated they would only give him $80K. All they wanted was to break the deal and string him up, shoving us into the new 2022. Knowing he had driven so far and we have been looking for a while. AN $18K DIFFERENCE, this dealer is nothing but weasels, definitely tops the list of the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More
If I could give zero stars I would. I just received my brand new Mach 1 Mustang. Over the last year and a half the customer service that I have received has been the worst I could have I just received my brand new Mach 1 Mustang. Over the last year and a half the customer service that I have received has been the worst I could have possibly imagined. Through the buying process I have filed complaints with Ford and with AMVIC. I could write paragraphs about how bad this experience has been and I have in the numerous emails that I have had to write. Long story short, this dealership will make sure that they get as much of your money as they possibly can. In my case it was forced packages for things that were way more expensive than you could get elsewhere and that I told them I did not want. I was told numerous times that the car I ordered from the factory was not in fact mine and they didn’t have to sell it to me. When It was finally time to pick up the car I thought everything looked great. When I got home and really looked at my car there were little swirls like spiderwebs running all over it. Of course I had already signed off and they made very sure to write on the paper that the car was perfect. Obviously when I messaged my sales guy and told him, there was no response. So this will be another thing I have to pay for to get buffed out somewhere else. If you feel the need to buy a vehicle here and they ask you to sign something urgently, make sure you are a million percent sure you know what is going on. I made the mistake of assuming that they would be competent at their jobs and the car looked good from a distance. Now I have fine swirl marks in the brand new paint of my brand new car. I washed my previous mustang once a week for seven years and never had that happen. If you value your money and want to buy a Ford, go somewhere else. Except Waterloo Ford. I think the same management group owns that one too. This place is a joke. More

Never bought a vehicle here before, but I had my car in for service and they took care of me beyond any other dealership in my past. They provided me with a courtesy car even though I made them aware I ha for service and they took care of me beyond any other dealership in my past. They provided me with a courtesy car even though I made them aware I had to go to Ft Mac. They told me my car was too dangerous to drive (wheel bearing gone after 10,000 kms on Focus) so they accommodated me and sent me on my way. Repairs completed under warranty and the switch made. I couldn't have been any happier. In contract, Legacy Dodge in Ft Mac refused my girlfriend a courtesy car when she took her Dodge in for a service appointment one day and she had to return back to Ft MacKay for work that afternoon. She was forced to pay $100 for a cab ride back to Ft MacKay, and then back again to Ft Mac to pickup her car. Completely unacceptable. Needless to say, screw Legacy Dodge!! Way to go Freedom Ford!! More
