If you have any questions please contact the Service Manager. with respect to not being able to address your transmission concern, we had our Shop Foreman scheduled that day to be able to look at it on that Saturday, but he was unable to attend that day due to a family emergency. Hi thank you for the goodwill. I thought I was writing this to the dealer not as a review. Please take it down? I don't want that published. A rental car isn't necessary. I will just know not to wait. As for a free service? I bought the maintenance package so I don't pay each time. Do you really want to offer me a free detail after my review? I apologize for it. Just tired of poor service or mistakes mainly (booking me in when the transmission guy wasn't even scheduled.) P. S. I go by angel.
