Hi, sorry that I haven't been able to contact you by phone Lindsey, I'm generally very busy during the day and cannot find the time. I tried to contact you the day you left the voicemail but sadly you where busy as well. I still need the recall done, I did want to get it done when it was warmer out. I myself am a mechanic and work at a dealership so I know from personal experience trim is not enjoyable to work with when it is cold since it has the potential to crack or break. I also would like my CEL addressed as it is still causing me grief. Occasionally my fuel gauge freezes, fueling up my car when this happens causes a CEL to illuminate. I have been stranded on the Whitemud because of running out of fuel, so I would like it addressed. Possibly there is a TSB on the issue as I've read it's common. I also have an erratic idle, I'm also aware there is a ECM update for that symptom. These are all things I had documented and mentioned on both the day I made the appointment and also the day of the appointment. I also have a weird clutch issue that I'm still monitoring, it feels soft when it's cold and has a lot of play at the top of the pedal. When the vehicle has warmed up and the pedal has been pumped a bit it feels a lot tighter and more to what it should feel like. I haven't seen any leaks on either the master or slave cylinders (hopefully that's not the issue), I have also had the fluid flushed (using a Motorcraft DOT 4 fluid) with a machine at work to help the issue but it didn't change anything. So yeah, a bunch of concerns that I hope you can help me with.
