we apologize if there was miscommunication regarding the work and charges for that repair visit. I have reviewed your invoice and the concern was stated as : CHECK AND REPORT ON RADIO INOPERATIVE - CAR WAS SITTING FOR 2 WEEKS AND WOULD NOT START, BOOSTED THEN BLOWER FAN AND RADIO WOULD NOT WORK, FAN STARTED WORKING BUT RADIO WILL STILL NOT COME ON **REQUIRED BOOST TODAY AS WELL AND BLOWER OPERATION WAS DELAYED AGAIN, RADIO STILL INOPERATIVE. In order to properly diagnose each of the stated concerns we had to undertake a series of tests on these components, as well as verify that the charging system was functioning, plus also test the battery and replace it. The charges were as follows: Diagnose blower fan and radio operation, replace fuse, check charging system $155.95 Replace battery labor- $27.95, Battery part charge -$136.99 Shop Supplies and GST- $19.57 If we had only installed a battery there still would have been an unresolved issue with the radio as the fuse was blown, so in order to diagnose the cause and the other issues, we did have to spend additional time beyond simply replacing the battery itself. These charges are reasonable and justified.

Good afternoon Monique Let me start off by thanking you for taking a minute to complete this survey. We really appreciate all feedback we receive. I did pull your service work order and had a look at this inspection report as well as our internal notes. I see no mention of any rock chips or windshield damage other that what is noted on the check list itself, i had a quick chat with the technician and unfortunately he doesn't remember your vehicle specifically but there is a possibility that it was selected in error. With respect to the the power steering the check is correct, your vehicle is equipped with EPAS, Electronic Power Assist Steering, there isn't any power steering fluid in this vehicle it is electronic. Our apologies for the confusion surrounding these 2 items please let me know if i can be of any further assistance. regards Jason Lane
