Awesome service as always I took my 2015 focus in for its regular oil change and hppened to end up chatting with Blair, one of the service managers. Right away he impressed I took my 2015 focus in for its regular oil change and hppened to end up chatting with Blair, one of the service managers. Right away he impressed me because we were talking about cars and racing and he didn't treat me like I was a stupid woman who knows nothing about cars like most other dealerships. As we chatted, I mentioned that my car had a bit of hesitation when accelerating but nothing super annoying. He mentioned to me that he knew what my car's problem was and told me to bring it in again impressing me cause he didn't him and haw about "how it could be this thing or that thing and they would have to hook it up to the reader to see what codes bla bla bla" he again talked to me like I was one of his friends. It was welcoming. I left my car in his hands and got it back better than I left it. I was very pleased with the way Blair handled my service and I will be back so long as he is there. Thanks for treating me like a person and not just some dumb woman like so many do. More
