Great and understood my needs I bought a 2014 ram 1500 crew cab sport truck and my salesman was Terrence. I had been searching around for trucks for the past month and narrowed it I bought a 2014 ram 1500 crew cab sport truck and my salesman was Terrence. I had been searching around for trucks for the past month and narrowed it down to this model and I knew the price I wanted to pay for the options. I live in Calgary and visited a number of dealerships in town, east of town and 2 within an hour north of Calgary. There were 3 dealerships I was going to negotiate with over in Edmonton but I decided to called Freedom Ford first and speak with Terrence. I told Terrence I didn't want to waste anyone's time and that I liked this truck but would only pay said price. Terrence told me it was a nice truck and priced well, which it was but I knew if I waited I was only prepared to pay my said price. I gave him my price and he told me he would get back to me after speaking with his sales manager. Eventually he got back to me and the following day I went to Edmonton and he had the truck cleaned and ready for a test drive. Terrence knew more about the truck then most Dodge dealers I had dealt with! I quickly agreed to buy it and was out of the dealership within two hours with my new truck! Overall, I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of nor did they make it seem like they were doing me a favour. Of all of the purchases I have made over the years this was the best, I'll buy from them again. More

Great but "expensive" service! We take our vehicle to Freedom service only when it can not be repaired at home!
