The sales people were attentive, and di The 2016 Focus RS was my second vehicle purchased from Freedom Ford - the first was an F-150 three years ago. The sales people were attentive, and did their best to answer my "gear-head" questions, to the point of calling in the dealership subject matter expert. At the same time, the atmosphere was low-key, with no hint of pressure to buy. While the RS was a limited-production vehicle, there was no effort to price it above list, and I was offered excellent value for my Boss 302 trade-in. Linden did his best to find an RS for me, and eventually he placed a factory order. I was prepared to wait 4-6 months, but Linden was able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted within 2 months. I'm very happy with the car and the purchase experience at Freedom Ford. More

Even though there were a few hiccups, the sales and management team were more then accommodating to making sure I had the best experience possible. 23,500 km Sevice Front Service Coordinator (Roxanne) was excellent and went beyond the call of duty to keep me informed how the work was progressing. Shop people seeme Front Service Coordinator (Roxanne) was excellent and went beyond the call of duty to keep me informed how the work was progressing. Shop people seemed to have fixed the rattle on the left side between the doors (this has been evident since day 1). I will continue to monitor. Shop did not fix the issue with the air bag, light remains on. Vehicle has to go back in. More
