As I was waiting for next service rep I overheard telephone conversation with unhappy client because some other dealership was not willing to help with some warranty work. The service guy managed to see the "new" client's truck with in half an hour. How awesome is that to hear. By the way, on top of what I needed to have done on my Mustang they additionally touched up my scuffed up rim. WOW!! And yes as you heard on the radio they sure have delicious coffee in the showroom! These are the few reasons why I always go back to Freedom Ford. Jozef More

Warranty Work I came to Freedom Ford after a few horrific experiences at Sherwood Ford (FYI: never ever ever go there!!!). Roxanne was fantastic making me feel at e I came to Freedom Ford after a few horrific experiences at Sherwood Ford (FYI: never ever ever go there!!!). Roxanne was fantastic making me feel at ease especially after the BS I went through at Sherwood Ford. She assured me she would take care of me and she really did. Everyone was very friendly and my overall experience was quite good. The only issue I had was that my SUV had to be taken in a total of 5 times (3 at Sherwood and 2 at Freedom) to replace a headrest because the warehouse either did not have the part I needed or sent incorrect parts. This is not a Freedom Ford issue but a warehouse issue which is why I gave 4 not 5 stars. The Dealership gets a 5, the warehouse not so much. Your warehouse needs to get it together; a customer should never have to run around that much for a simple headrest. I will continue to go to Freedom in the future because they did a great job at what I needed to get done on my SUV. Thank you Roxanne for the great customer service!!! More

Always quick, courteous and pricing and work seems fair and well done........ they even step up and admit an error or misdiagnosis and correct it. Always come back to this dealership each time..... worth the little extra travel from out here. Great staff and large clean premises. Good job guys.......... (p.s. let's face it no one likes dealing with stuff at any dealership, so rare to find one as good as this). Very happy. More
