Hello Lornel, My address information is incorrect, but the phone information and email address are functional, yet outdated. I asked to have my email switched to my primary email of jason.melmoth@gmail.com and my work email can be a secondary, but prefer to keep it only as a last resort if you needed to email me. My address seems to be >4 years out of date. Please email me at my gmail address to confirm it works and I will reply back with my current home address in return. If you'd like more information from me regarding the incident as I was running into limited space to try to contain my old feels and the new, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will not change my review on your sales team unless someone takes the time to contact me and provides me with both an explanation into whether this is your new sales methodology, and if it would be acceptable for your staff to treat you in that manner if you were the customer. And, I'd like an answer from your team on how my raising this issue wasn't even acknowledge until I was forced to complain publicly. Thank you for alerting our service department to the experience you had at our store. I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Freedom Ford was less than ideal. Our Service Director did have a chance to look at your work order as well as the estimate our technician did on your truck. He had determined your timing chain is rattling....this is a known issue and fairly common on the F-150, so much so that there is a published repair procedure to resolve it. This is the repair you were quoted. Having said that if we misdiagnosed this concern, our Service Director, Jason Lane would be happy to have our shop foreman recheck our diagnosis and refund the cost of the diagnosis if we find it was not in fact the timing chain.
