Thank you for submitting your review and alerting us to your concerns. Just as you might want a second opinion if diagnosed with a health issue, that second physician would also be paid for the appointment for his personal assessment of your concern and his/her time. They might feel you don't have any issues at the time of your diagnosis, even though at the time of your initial assessment, the other Dr felt you did. It is not any different if you have your vehicle diagnosed at one store and decide to take it to another for the repair. If we are instructed to fix a repair diagnosed at another store, we would still need to have our technician diagnose the issue even if it is a warranty concern, to ensure there is an actual problem. If our tech found they weren't able to duplicate the concern, they might state at the time of diagnosis, they couldn't replicate the issue. However, this doesn't mean their time and our diagnosis fee is null and void. Your second opinion physician would never simply perform open heart surgery to replace a valve that may not require replacing based on someone else's diagnosis without running the appropriate tests. The same theory is applicable in this case. We hope your were able to find the source of the initial concern with your vehicle.

I already took my vehicle to Team Ford because it was not safe to drive it. As expected, they exchanged the part under warranty. Unfortunately, your technichians are incompetent. My experience with your dealership summerized at paying 70$, wasting one day of my job, and two hours discussion with you and your manager about an issue that was obvioud that i was wright. A car had been diagonosed with failt by other dealership, your personel reinspected and charged me 70$ because he could not find fault. I took vehicle to TeamFord, they found the part faulty, repared it for free. The worst technicians, managers and customer service unfortunately including you that told me that you have to pay and no other option.
