Information was not clear, The service agent Cori was very nice but did not or could not provide me with answers to my inquiries, My motor needs replacing but no one could or wo The service agent Cori was very nice but did not or could not provide me with answers to my inquiries, My motor needs replacing but no one could or would explain to me why. When I declined service and towed my vehicle the mechanics left parts strewn over my motor. The tow truck driver tried to close the hood and luckily didn't slam it because of the parts on top of the motor prevented the hood from closing. The tow truck driver had to move parts to close the lid. I feel that the minute I declined service they treated my vehicle like a piece of xxxx. I had all my servicing for the last 3 years done at Freedom Ford and was treated well. I will never take another vehicle there again. I was less than satisfied with the treatment I received. I feel that charging $502.00 for a diagnostic to tell me my motor is gone is way over the top.I'm sure this review is a waste of time but at least I have a chance to have my say. More

Oil change, paint pen purchase, tire swap out for summers Krish met me in the morning to explain the service provided to me. Very friendly and professional. He did everything he promised.
