Consistently providing excellent service I have been a FREEDOM FORD customer since 1994 and despite having another FORD dealer less than 2 blocks from where I live, I take that 20 minute driv I have been a FREEDOM FORD customer since 1994 and despite having another FORD dealer less than 2 blocks from where I live, I take that 20 minute drive all the way to Freedom Ford. From the welcoming smiles of the Service advisor/s, the prompt ride they afford customers not to be late in their schedules, to the summary provided of the work done when I pick up my car - this dealer impresses me all the time. They KNOW how to make a customer FEEL VALUED and get high marks from me on likelihood of being recommended to family and friends (which I do ALL the time). To top it all, I know when my car is in Freedom Ford, I have absolute trust (based on numerous experiences throughout the years) that the work is done right and I have peace of mind when I drive out of their yard.
