Consistently providing excellent service I have been a FREEDOM FORD customer since 1994 and despite having another FORD dealer less than 2 blocks from where I live, I take that 20 minute driv I have been a FREEDOM FORD customer since 1994 and despite having another FORD dealer less than 2 blocks from where I live, I take that 20 minute drive all the way to Freedom Ford. From the welcoming smiles of the Service advisor/s, the prompt ride they afford customers not to be late in their schedules, to the summary provided of the work done when I pick up my car - this dealer impresses me all the time. They KNOW how to make a customer FEEL VALUED and get high marks from me on likelihood of being recommended to family and friends (which I do ALL the time). To top it all, I know when my car is in Freedom Ford, I have absolute trust (based on numerous experiences throughout the years) that the work is done right and I have peace of mind when I drive out of their yard. Outrageousness Needed a new vacuum motor for my 08 F350. Was told it would be $630 installed?? So I purchased the part and installed myself. This required the remova Needed a new vacuum motor for my 08 F350. Was told it would be $630 installed?? So I purchased the part and installed myself. This required the removal of ONE small bolt, ONE vac hose and ONE electrical plug and was located top front of motor. Was very easy to get to and took a whole 3 min to change out. $630??????? That's a slap in the face and says a lot about how much ford really cares about there customers. I will spread the word and make sure as many people as humanly possible know what kind of crooks you are. I have purchased my last two vehicles from freedom and service was good and friendly but know I know how you guys take advantage of people who don't know how to fix anything on there vehicle I will never return.....
