Amazing service! I have to say that me and my wife are truly impressed with the service that we received from Family Honda. We had the pleasure of dealing John Pavunkovic who went above and beyond our expectations. John was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He took the time to explain all the features and answered all our questions. We purchased a 2012 used Odyssey. A week after the sale we had some trouble starting it due to the battery being drained. (The light on the tailgate was accidentally left on all night) I called up John and he came over within 30 mins and gave the van a jump start. I also advised him that there was a second seat belt buckle that we didn't notice was missing when we purchased. He ordered us a replacement and actually came back to install it the next week. I thought I was going to have to take time off work to go back to the dealership to get it installed but instead he actually came back to my house to install which was a nice surprise. He also brought me a replacement center console organizer because one of the clips on the original was broken (remember used car) I would never thought we would get such great service for buying a used car. When it’s time to buy a new car we will probably go back to this dealership and look for John. Family Honda knows how to treat their customers. It’s not surprising to see so many good reviews. Make sure you ask for John P if you buy from Family Honda. You won't be disappointed. More

I have tried to deal with at least four other Honda Dealerships that were located closer to my home since 1998 (in terms of maintenance and new purchase), but none could provide, in my opinion, the quality of service, trust and satisfaction that I was use to when dealing with John and his team. Once John hands me the keys to my new car and I Ieave the showroom, I always feel very safe, secure and satisfied and, I'm already looking forward to our next meeting and, of course, a new HONDA in the near future. Doug walked me through the whole process while getting the payments and price within my budgets. The Finance manager at family Honda is also a good person, straight to the point with disclosing all facts and options. They didn't try to sell me any kind of things that I wouldn't need, honest business. Doug was much more excited about my whole car buying experience than me.
