Very bad experience I am from London which is 2 hours away from family Honda. They had a 2015 Honda Pilot touring with approx 45,000km posted on auto trader that I was in I am from London which is 2 hours away from family Honda. They had a 2015 Honda Pilot touring with approx 45,000km posted on auto trader that I was interested in. They were asking $37,000. I contacted the sales department and enquired about the shape, any damage, accusents and rust. I was told that it was not in an accident and that it was in pristine condition. My family and I drove 2 hours to have a look. It was obvious that the pilot's front and rear bumper had been repainted because there was over spray and poor tape off marks. The front grill skirt was cracked. The rear bumper was hanging low and it was evident that the vehicle was in an accident. I asked the sales rep and he informed me that he would check with the sales manager. There was a sticker on the window which indicated that that this vehicle had been cleaned and that it was cleaner than clean. 99.9% free from bacteria germs etc. The interior was disgusting. It appeared as though a bottle of pop exploded inside the car as there was sticky black filth everywhere. The tires were so worn out I could not read the make or tire size on the side wall. The sales manger informed me that there was no accidents on the vehicle. He informed me that they had the front and rear bumpers painted be haze they where scratched. I pointed out the damage and he was unable to provide an explanation. He recognized the poor paint job and informed me that he could send it back to the body shop to have it fixed. I informed him of my concern that it had not been fixed properly the first time. I questioned the sales manger about the filthiness of the interior. He informed me that because the vehicle was so large it is likely the detailers must have missed a few spots. I addressed the poor condition of the tires. He informed me that they passed safety and passed Honda's standards. I was informed that if a deal was reached new tires could be negotiated. There was no further discussion about the vehicle and I left very upset and dissatisfied. I attended midtown Honda and subsequently had a great experience there and purchased a new 2016 Pilot. I will never return to Family Honda as this was the worst experience shopping for a vehicle I have ever had. More
horrible experience We brought our 2009 Honda here because our gas tank door cable broke and we needed gas and they were the closest Honda dealership. We usually take it We brought our 2009 Honda here because our gas tank door cable broke and we needed gas and they were the closest Honda dealership. We usually take it to the dealership where we bought our car. They told us it would cost over $300.00 to repair the cable. I also requested new wipers. We left the car there and picked it up the next day. We noticed that the gas tank door had paint chips on it, the driver seat floor mat was not put back in, there was a grease stain inside the passenger door roof ( not sure why they would even have been in the passenger side as the gas tank is on the drivers side). The wipers couldn't have been installed properly because they don't wipe completely. Also, scratches on the rear back end of car. We took it back the next day and pointed out all these things. Were told he would have to speak to his manager and call us back to arrange to have these things corrected. We were told to bring the car in this morning at 7:30 am and would be given a loaner while they fixed their mistakes. Got up early before work to bring it in only to find they didn't have a car for us! Were offered a shuttle (we both work in Mississauga and my son had to be dropped off at school.) At this point we're waiting to hear back from them to find out when we can once again, bring the car in when they have a loaner. I have never dealt with such incompetent people. Please think first before taking your car here for any service. I have read and heard other stories. It's not worth the trouble and inconvenience. More

Left vehicle at dealership for 3 days for an issue with soun Purchased Honda Pilot 2016 in August 2015. Very bad experience with after sale service. Left vehicle at dealership for 3 days for an issue with sound system for 3 days, nothing was done and even no body bothered to call me and let me know that I could take vehicle back. I spoke to manager technical department about my concern and he promised me that he would talk to Honda Canada. I waited for 2 months for any response from the Manager but nothing then I went to dealership and found that manager has left the job and there was a new manager named Luis Guevara, I explained him my problem and he said he will take care of it. I, again, waited for 2 month and did not get any response and went back to dealership and found that the manager, Luis Guevara, has also left the job and now there is another manager named Sebastian and obviously, he did not know my concern. The story is long but I think it may be a waste of time to tell that all because I tried to reach Sebastian and found that there is a new manager now named Claudio De Rose with a smiling face on the website. By this time I have learnt how to live with the problem, I have become used to it and it does not bother me a lot so I have quit the efforts to get it resolved because there are more important thing to take care of. More

New car anniversary gift for my wife. John was able to compete with other dealership pricing and made the process very easy. The new vehicle was a surprise for my wife. When the car arrive John was able to compete with other dealership pricing and made the process very easy. The new vehicle was a surprise for my wife. When the car arrived, John got the car ready and helped me surprise her when she thought we were going in for a test drive. After all the paperwork signing and told her it would be a few weeks before the car comes in, John had us wait a little in his office to get a car ready for test driving (he was actually switching the old plates from our trade in to the new car). When John escorted us outside to view the test drive model she was very shocked to see the exact car we were looking to get parked outside in front of the dealership doors with her old plates on it.
