New car purchase Long story short after going to many dealerships and looking online I found my family Honda. I sent an email asking a few questions and Ashley replied Long story short after going to many dealerships and looking online I found my family Honda. I sent an email asking a few questions and Ashley replied within minutes with informative answers. The next day I decided to message her and ask for an appointment and scheduled Saturday morning with Vasilios. Saturday we went in thinking we would be attacked by everyone but got Goodmornings and were able to walk to reception and Vasilios was waiting for us. I told him what we were looking for and what we didn't need and he did not try to up sell us from that point on. We appreciated his attitude and courtesy as some salesman are relentless and we would have walked. We test drove the car we had in mind, 2017 Honda Civic lx, and loved it. All questions were answered and all the awesome features were explained to us and we weren't rushed. Being a domestic car lover it was a big decision and we weren't rushed during the process which is why we bought at this dealer. John Paul helped us with our financing and was very straight forward with numbers and what was needed and if you have a question in regards he will get you the answers you need and want. We picked up today and our car was ready on time and everything promised was done. We definitely recommend Vasilios as he is down to earth, good with all the tech options and it doesn't feel like he needs you to buy that car today. John looked after all our needs and went beyond our excpectations. He made us feel like family. Misquoted me and wanted more until I proved them wrong I recieved a quote via online and then called in and the service lady quoted me the same. Went in for a service call for winter tires a couple of days I recieved a quote via online and then called in and the service lady quoted me the same. Went in for a service call for winter tires a couple of days later and was told I had a 7:30am appointment and arrived on time and the gentleman said it would be 1 - 1.5 hours. Checked back in and 9:00 and was told the car hadnt gone in for services yet. I was upset but understanding, I let it go. Then when it was ready some time later I asked the procedure for the tire hotel and I was informed that i didn't pay for it. I was surprised and told the man that I was quoted for it and he said by who and he clearly did not beleive when I stated that. Luckily, I had a confirmation email and when I showed it to him he was dumbfounded and mumbled a response. Went back for an additional 15 minutes and came back with a response saying that he now understands what went wrong and told me that tire hotel was included. Gave me the keys and said be sure to call in 5 days prior to the tire swap in the spring. Went to my car and saw that the tires were in my car, came back and explained and he went off for another 15 minutes and then said you're all set to go. Without a doubt the worst vehicle service ever! In addition to being late and hungry, this man had no clue as to what my service order was. He was polite and respectful, not rude at all but was not informed and made the experience very unpleasant. Stick to Honda 7. We live an hour away and was able to get all documents done so we only needed to come in to sign and make the trade. Very easy transition. More
false advertisement I am disappointed with this dealership to the point that I will drive 2 hours to another dealership but would not buy from here, I had gone into this I am disappointed with this dealership to the point that I will drive 2 hours to another dealership but would not buy from here, I had gone into this dealership as they advertise that they can help people with bruised credit, we went in and were assured that there is no issue and they see such cases all the time the interest would be a little high but still its do-able, the only thing is that we will have to be patient for 2-3 days, thats where things went from bad to worse, the sales person Imran Syed was really good and helpful but the problem started with the Business/Finance Manager Viviana, to this day I have not got a single call back or response to my email the only person who would respond is Imran (the sales person) she said she will reach out in 2-3 days with a definitive answer as we stated that we needed a car asap, anyways after a month of going back and not getting a response I ended up going to Toronto Honda which also claims the same and they got us approved in a half hour I now am a proud owner (paying a slightly higher interest) of a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T which according to Imran "Viviana said that no bank wants to touch us". All my complaint to Viviana is that if you cant do it just dont keep the other person hanging please. More
