Awful service experience Service here is such a huge rip off. This is the worst honda dealership we have been at. We had a incident with one of our odyssey 2015 tire. They c Service here is such a huge rip off. This is the worst honda dealership we have been at. We had a incident with one of our odyssey 2015 tire. They charged us around 3000 dollars to fix it. Gave me my car back in 4 days. When we were travelling on the highway the car stopped all of a sudden, thankfully there was no one behind us, would have been a major accident. They didn't fix the broken break caliper. We towed the car back to the family honda delearship, Brian was the mechanic who messed it up. He came and talked to us about "investigating" the situation, which apparently is the case of sheer negligence. Next day we went to talk to the service manager Claudio derose, he was not of much help either. When we asked who is going to take the responsibilty for this which could have caused a major accident he says and i quote "It didn't happen right", we were appalled by his audacity to say those words and he is the service manager. When you are charging crazy amount of money for a repair it is your reponsibility to take care of the car to detail. How can you miss seeing such an important part? This dealership put our lives in jeopardy. We were 4 people in the car when this happened. We have written a complaint to OMVIC and honda head office. You may buy your car here, but do yourself a favor and dont bring it to this dealership for service. More
