Kiefer was kind, friendly, patient, honest, and courteous throughout the buying experience, which lasted several weeks, and my wife and I felt very comfortable finally making a deal with him and Luca. Kiefer showed us a number of vehicles until we found the one we wanted. He was honest, upfront, knowledgeable and helpful and that's why we decided to close the deal with him. We've also had a good experience with Dominic D'Souza in the Family Honda Service Department over the years so we feel confident that we'll be looked after even after the purchase.
