I had a lot of problems gettingf BMW Connected Drive services to work. I brough my car in and a very helpful associate named Dillon started to help me with his problem. It was not straight forward and required contact with BMW Canada and even BMW Germany. I had to bring my vehicle in a couple of times. But Dillon was there to help me all along going through a number of processes in order to finally get everything working. And it didn't take long. It was like he prioritized my problems and worked hard to get them resolved. I think Dillon's help was the most appreciated aspect of my dealings with Elite BMW. Thank you Dillon. More
