I have already written a review about my initial dealings with Elite BMW (very favorable}. But I would like to add to my review as I have had follow up dealings with them. I had a lot of problems gettingf with Elite BMW (very favorable}. But I would like to add to my review as I have had follow up dealings with them. I had a lot of problems gettingf BMW Connected Drive services to work. I brough my car in and a very helpful associate named Dillon started to help me with his problem. It was not straight forward and required contact with BMW Canada and even BMW Germany. I had to bring my vehicle in a couple of times. But Dillon was there to help me all along going through a number of processes in order to finally get everything working. And it didn't take long. It was like he prioritized my problems and worked hard to get them resolved. I think Dillon's help was the most appreciated aspect of my dealings with Elite BMW. Thank you Dillon. More

Good service and poor communication with emails or messages left. Receptionist woman told me over telephone, the problem she said, they are short staff.. been there 3 times for repairs, each single time was disapointed of the service. last time it was for tire changes, it took them 7 hours to perform. i lost an entire evening there. and on top of this, e disapointed of the service. last time it was for tire changes, it took them 7 hours to perform. i lost an entire evening there. and on top of this, employee (sales man) is vaping inside the premise (garage). it is against the law. i have been told also that other upper management are vaping inside the garage. not the garage where employee do the repairs, the garage when client drop of their vehicule. this does not shine a good light on the branch.
