If I can give a 0 I would. Do not buy a car from Here. I have been trying to speak with the head manager for months, and no one contacted me. I am stuck with a car I did not want, I was misled, and now paying more than I wanted to by 30% I had surgery Feb 23, and exchanged my car. I was dealing with them 3 and a half weeks before going into surgery. They promised my car would be ready and delivered by the 21st. I was lied to for over two weeks. When i went to pick up the car it was not even delivered or ready, after confirming two days prior that it would be ready. I couldn’t even get back my old car because they already sold it. I was so upset and hurt. As i got there i was stuck with a demo car, with features that i would never use like a hitch, and the features i did want was not in the car now that I felt force to take, because they sold my prior car already and they knew I was leaving the city for surgery. I complained For months. They are very rude, unprofessional and only care about money, now i am stuck paying for a car I hate and way over my budget. I filed a complaint to omvic and was told how 3 other people have filed A complaint also regarding the same sales manager. They have horrible customer service, or they think very highly of themselves to reach out to their unhappy customers. I work with the public and run many groups with over 20k members and most are business owners! We don’t mislead, and lie to people. We don’t take advantage of people. More
