Do not trust when Elite BMW say anything. First it is not the general manager Roberto Barba who contacted. Instead some one else called service manager called me. He offered to me to return the car and the part to the dealership to run free scan check up, refund the returned part and receive credit of $100 for the inconvenience and the mistakes after increasing the bill to 642.67 + the part + the tax for total of over $750.00 to replace only the outer axle rubber boot part which is unacceptable. On September 13th, 2024 we returned the car for check up the front left bearing which was defect which was not detected at the first visit because they didn't start with good process to fix the car. First they encourage me to order wrong part even without running any scan check the car or drive it. Until now I didn't receive any check up scan results sheet which I requested. Also, I still see three light on the dash board. moreover, they took the brand new part which I left on the front seat and the director of tech service never refund me the part he took from the front seat until now. This is stealing people goods which is an offense under $500. I called BMW customer service and reported the issues. They sent three emails to Elite Bmw, but until now I didn't receive my refund of my paid part that they returned and did get the credit as discussed with the service manager over the phone. Until now they charged me two times for the part and kept the second returned part. Please refund the returned part and the credit as discussed (interact online or cheque). I will never go back to that dealership which offer a bad poor and unacceptable service. If you have more questions you can contact me. Thanks
