Total Satisfaction! I am on my third BMW from Elite and find the staff courteous, professional and friendly. The service department just jumped a few notches up the "helpful scale": I had an emergency yesterday morning and showed-up unexpectedly hoping to have someone take a look under the hood and tell me if I could continue to drive until an appointment was available. Although they were extremely busy, I was attended-to fast and with respect. I was told they would have it checked sometime during the day and that I would be contacted with the diagnosis before the end of the day. I received an e-mail around 4:30PM stating that they found the problem, corrected it and that I could pick-up my car anytime before 8:00PM. I showed-up around 5:30PM, the car was ready and guess what? They didn't charge me anything. I am absolutely sure I would have been charged "something" elsewhere... That's integrity for you. You are not given something you don't need... Thank-you Elite for making me feel part of the BMW family! Jorge More

Terrible service Reception has no idea what they’re doing, they’re very rude. Was told my car would be ready at 930, wasn’t even started- then was told someone would c Reception has no idea what they’re doing, they’re very rude. Was told my car would be ready at 930, wasn’t even started- then was told someone would call me back- they never did. When I called back four hours later (1:30) car still wasn’t started and was told it won’t be ready until 430pm. I have a newborn, I have work and the receptionists were so unprofessional, so disappointment would not recommend. More

I requested an afternoon follow up with the " technology genius which they promised to arrange. Shuttle driver was most courteous. Shuttle called shortly before 4pm indicating this was the last shuttle but did not know if the car was ready. I indicated they had my cell # and I did not want to sit in a waiting room for an unknown period of time. The service department called after 5 pm, left a message the car was ready for me to pick up and for me to arrange my own transport. I called back, no answer, , left a message to call me and no one returned my call Saturday am, I called only to learn the service department was closed. I demanded my car and was told I could come to the dealership. They settled the charge , directed me to the outside parking lot to retrieve my vehicle ....and no the "car wash" was not provided as per the Elite service experience promise. I left my number for the service manage to call to set future expectations . This is Monday 6:30pm....no news. More

do not listen to the 1 star reviews There was one fellow with a rusted wheel hub, perhaps too negligent to prevent rust? Does not understand that high end, luxury or sport car tolerances There was one fellow with a rusted wheel hub, perhaps too negligent to prevent rust? Does not understand that high end, luxury or sport car tolerances are much higher. So if a wheel hub is that rusted due to... NOT WASHING THE CAR ONCE A WEEK, then the owner is asking for it. Also he claims 4 years. So these cars have 4 years warranty and up to 6 with CPO. His claim is not believable. Lets say he bought it second had AND NEVER REMOVED THE 23% SALINITY LIQUID SALT, never did a yearly rustproofing by removing the aero underbody (which prevents car washed from cleaning the axles etc... THE ONE IS ASKING FOR IT. Ask new Honda owners with aero film, brutal rust after ... 2 winters!! I am out of free maintenance, though I have 6 years of warranty so two remaining, I do lots of specific maintenance outside as it is done by good people and costs less (no 30 min admin fee) but any major work I did, Elite SAVED ME $$ IN THE LONG RUN. Including free brake disk service (before knowing how to bed them in) and much more, generally god service. But TREAT YOUR BAVARIAN LIKE A HYUNDAI AND IT WILL LAST YOU AS LONG. A few years. Treat it PROPERLY, and well, i see regularly 20 yr old X and E series on the road!!! Try that with any other brand including merc!!! More
