Does not understand that high end, luxury or sport car tolerances There was one fellow with a rusted wheel hub, perhaps too negligent to prevent rust? Does not understand that high end, luxury or sport car tolerances are much higher. So if a wheel hub is that rusted due to... NOT WASHING THE CAR ONCE A WEEK, then the owner is asking for it. Also he claims 4 years. So these cars have 4 years warranty and up to 6 with CPO. His claim is not believable. Lets say he bought it second had AND NEVER REMOVED THE 23% SALINITY LIQUID SALT, never did a yearly rustproofing by removing the aero underbody (which prevents car washed from cleaning the axles etc... THE ONE IS ASKING FOR IT. Ask new Honda owners with aero film, brutal rust after ... 2 winters!! I am out of free maintenance, though I have 6 years of warranty so two remaining, I do lots of specific maintenance outside as it is done by good people and costs less (no 30 min admin fee) but any major work I did, Elite SAVED ME $$ IN THE LONG RUN. Including free brake disk service (before knowing how to bed them in) and much more, generally god service. But TREAT YOUR BAVARIAN LIKE A HYUNDAI AND IT WILL LAST YOU AS LONG. A few years. Treat it PROPERLY, and well, i see regularly 20 yr old X and E series on the road!!! Try that with any other brand including merc!!! More

Get the car home only to have other issues that they claim they had nothing to do with. My car never had issues before they started messing with it. They just want to take all the money they can from you. Worst service ever. I will never return and will post at as many places about the service and unproferionalism. Service dept lies to customers about replacing parts I brought my BMW X5 in to replace my wheel hub but they told me they couldn’t get the hub off the suv saying it was totally rusted onso they would nee I brought my BMW X5 in to replace my wheel hub but they told me they couldn’t get the hub off the suv saying it was totally rusted onso they would need to replace the whole axel which would have cost me over $2500. I decided to get a second opinion and took my vehicle to BMAC instead and they had no problem removing the wheel hub saving me $2500. I no longer trust BMW so service my vehicle as I don’t trust them and you shouldn’t either. Once Bmac fixed my wheel hub and I got my vehicle back wouldn’t you know it two days later an engine light goes amber and I take it to bmac to repair since I don’t trust BMW and they tell me they can’t diagnose the problem because BMW doesn’t share codes to any other garage. I have no choice but to take it back to BMW and they screwed me again. Two xxxxing sensors cost me $2700 to replace. I wrote a letter directly to the service manager and have since been ignored. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They basically don’t care about their customers, just how much money they can screw you out of. I loved my BMW for 4 years but not any more. I can’t wait to get rid of it. More
Where is my car? My car ( a 2014 5 series) went in for service days ago. My phone calls are not returned, service people are actively avoiding me. I was told that my car was ready for pick up 4 days ago, I arrived by taxi at the designated time, waited in the service centre for 4 hours, and finally, at closing time, they told me the car was too dangerous to drive...I had to taxi home. I took the car in for an oil change and to have the software updated! Otherwise, the car was fine. How is it now too dangerous to drive??? I felt as though I knew more about the car than the service people did! It's been 6 days since the car was dropped off for service and I have no idea when I will get it back. STAY AWAY! More
Place looks fantastic, thats the only upside of a visit Elite service needs its own repair. My vehicle was scratched and damaged while in service, probably from the old car washer at the HONDA dealership, Elite service needs its own repair. Why would you put a $80,000 car though a car wash and not hand wash it? While I was there two other people complained about their vehicles where still dirty and not washed correctly. Apart from the bill that was not approved by the customer, my vehicle was held hostage until I paid it. Jason the Service manager is arrogant and will leave a customer sit for 45 Minutes to an hour. When he finally comes out he will talk to you like it is beneath him and act as if he's doing you a favour. He had mentioned he would put a note on file not to wash my car again since I complained. I had dealt with him a couple times and seen him speak to others the same way. This is not the first complaint about being treated with arrogance on this site and I bet it will not be the last. ELITE you need to wake up, we would like a BMW service centre in the East end of Ottawa that treats customers with respect and left feeling valued. I would give the service side a better rating than one, but since the lot and car washers are part of the the service I have to give it ONLY one. Of course the costumer repair charge without approval didn't help. More
