I discussed the issue with the General Manager but instead of refunding the over charged amount, he offered an hour credit toward next service. In addition, I had one of the worse service advisers dealing with me on this issue. He was totally unprofessional with zero customer service. I would never leave my car at this dealer for service specially for electrical issue since there is no way to track time if you are not present. Does he seriously think that I am going back there again for an hour credit toward my next service!!! I guess, with these BMW dealers issues, my next car for sure not going to be a BMW. More

First visit, very impressed! Visited Elite yesterday to get my yearly maintenance done on my m3, from the second I walked in the door I was treated very professionally. I delt with the service advisor Tyler who made things very quick and understanding then jumped in the shuttle downtown to work with the driver Pierre. During the day I was called to be made aware the vehicle was done and what time the shuttle would pick me up. When arriving my vehicle was all ready and everything was done. Very easy visit. Elite was great. More

We've repeatedly had our 2013 X3 in for battery discharge problems. The vehicle has left us stranded 3 times in the last 30 days, Twice in the last week. They charge up the battery and send us on discharge problems. The vehicle has left us stranded 3 times in the last 30 days, Twice in the last week. They charge up the battery and send us on our way. Two visits ago, sold us a trickler and told us to plug it in. Did that, stranded yet again. This time they kept the car from Thursday till Tuesday, only to pick it up and find out- all they did is charge it again, when clearly that's not working. Service tech gave loads of excuses, 1) we don't drive far enough to charge it - the vehicle is used virtually every day and we live in the country -everything is a drive. 2) he was arrogant enough to say the X3's were full of these problems - didn't mention that when they took the cheque though, and who runs down their own product. 3) Don't use he electrics like the radio and heated components - except I don't need the heated seats in July. I've found some of their service staff rude at the best of times but they have been callous and arrogant to deal with over this issue. Spend your money someplace else. Elite has no concern or respect for customers. More
Problem was misdiagnosed with wrong part installed ,charged for wrong diagnosis,was not told part and work under warranty in U.S. found this out doing the research myself.Had my Z4 shipped to Burdick ,charged for wrong diagnosis,was not told part and work under warranty in U.S. found this out doing the research myself.Had my Z4 shipped to Burdick B.M.W. in Cicero N.Y. work done correctly at no charge.If the right advise had been given could have saved approx.$1300.Will I deal with Elite in future????Will I recommend to anyone???? B.M.W. dealers are not all the same unfortunately.Thank goodness there is another BBB.rated dealer in Ottawa which Elite IS NOT More
