Free oil changes are a joke. Sales include free oil changes with my car purchase. They must have forgot to tell Service Dept cause they charged me a "FEE" to get my car back afte Sales include free oil changes with my car purchase. They must have forgot to tell Service Dept cause they charged me a "FEE" to get my car back after the "FREE" oil change. Is it just me or does anyone else get charged for their "FREE" oil changes. Bumped into another customer getting his "FREE" oil change. Told me the service was great cuz they only charge a few bucks. I have to get a new dictionary. They must have changed the meaning of "FREE". I've got a sensitive back side. This dealership really irritated it. Soon as I collected on all my "FREE" oil changes, these people will never see me again. More

Ken was so helpful to us by explaining everything in detail to us, and even if I didn't understand ''fully''what all he calculations meant, he was glad to go through it again with patience and understanding. THE WORST dealership ever If you are thinking get a car from this dealer, please do yourself a favour, DO NOT DO IT. It is THE WORST dealership ever. I get my new car just one If you are thinking get a car from this dealer, please do yourself a favour, DO NOT DO IT. It is THE WORST dealership ever. I get my new car just one year ago, from day one, one of the tire is leaking. I have to go back to the dealer very next day to get the flat tire fix. But here was the answer I get from them, “ It is all your fault, you must run into a nail or something, we have nothing to do with it”. I have to wait 3 hours and beg them to get a brand new car fix. Finally they find out it was the valve that is leaking, which is obviously a factory defect. So they get it fix. Guess what, for the last year, I have pump up that tier every one or two month. I go to the dealer every 3 month to do my oil change and maintenance, every single time I have to beg to check my tier. But every time I get the same answer, “ we find nothing wrong. If you want find out the problem, take your car in when the tier is flat”. There is one thing I never understand, how can I driver my car to the dealership when the tier is flat? Now just after one year, this tier is worn out, I have to pay for tow new tiers. And again they blame it to me, “ It is all because you did not do your tire rotation on time”. But I did my tire rotation 3 month ago, right way after their service told me I May need one. “ No, It was to late”, So I guess I need to tell their mechanic when the car need tire rotation, instead the specialist tell me when the car need some job done. This dealership definitely need to learn to spend a little more time to do their job, less time spend on finding excuses. More

WORST EVER This is the WORST EVER dealership (East-Court Ford, Scarborough) i have come across. We purchased our 2012 Ford Focus from this dealership and couple This is the WORST EVER dealership (East-Court Ford, Scarborough) i have come across. We purchased our 2012 Ford Focus from this dealership and couple of months into it we started having issues with it. Took it to the post sales customer service/technician and all he had to say was "this is a common issue with the ford focus and nothing can be done about it". No matter what my question was he had the same answer for the next 10 minutes for the issue. No one was ready to give it to me in writting that this was a manufacturing issue which cannot be resolved. The soo called "specialists" were just sitting on their chairs and replying to me as though it was a huge favor they were doing!! If it is a manufacturing defect why doesnt the sales team inform you about it???? Drove the same afternoon to YongeSteeles Ford (North York) and told them about the issue. A technician drove the car with me for a good 5mins and told me it is a issue but a issue which can be resolved. They booked an appointment for me, had to leave my car with them for a day and they had it fixed for me (even though it was a temporary fix- worked fine for a yr). They gave me a full diagnostic report of the issue. This wasnt even the dealership from where i purchased my car. Might buy a Ford in the future but never ever from East-Court Ford. More

Ken made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process and made it a seamless transition into the new car. He organized the plates, sticker and insurance for us and within 5 business days, we showed up, signed a few papers and were on our way. Ken also took the time for a demo session on how some of the features worked and even synced my phone so I was all ready to take my first hands-free call. Thanks for everything Ken - we are loving the new car! More
