The final straw for me is when I called to see if they do emmission's testing since I need to get one for my mustang. The receptionist forwarded me 6 times and no one could give me an answer. I was then asked to leave a message on a recording machine. How can no one know if the place does emissions testing? I have had bad experiences with oil changes here but for some reason I continued to come back but thats over now (Its right by where I live so I put up with the BS because of the convenience of location). I won't be using this place anymore. More
East Court service nearly killed me Brought 2010 Lincoln Mks to have tires repaired and due to GROSS negligence of East Court service technician bolts on the back wheels were not tighten Brought 2010 Lincoln Mks to have tires repaired and due to GROSS negligence of East Court service technician bolts on the back wheels were not tightened and after picking up my car I drove approximately 1 km before my back wheel flew off and rolled into oncoming traffic, hitting another vehicle head on. My own car came to an abrupt holt as the rear of my vehicle crashed to the ground and I narrowly escaped being rear ended by following vehicle. While East Court has agreed to repair damages - they have refused to compensate me for personal loss and resale value of my vehicle as a result of their GROSS incompetence. I have a history of unpleasant experiences with this dealership and this is the last straw. I should have known when the sales experience at this dealership started to go sour. I love my Lincoln but would part with it in order to sever my relationship with this dealership and Ford in general. More
Customer Service needs major tune up. Booked an oil change and dropped car off in morning. Was even greeted by the ever affable service manager, Mark Silverman. Went to pick up car at en Booked an oil change and dropped car off in morning. Was even greeted by the ever affable service manager, Mark Silverman. Went to pick up car at end of day and surprise, surprise, they hadn’t done a thing, despite having the car all day. I got lots of dumb and embarrassed looks from service staff, but no explanation or apology. Did they run out of oil? Did they misplace the order or worse yet, misplace the vehicle? Do they think seniors’ time is not worth anything? Tip for East-Court: When you give an appointment, you should really keep it!! I sent a “What’s up” note to Prince Sibal, the Sr. General Manager. Maybe he was even more embarrassed or otherwise too busy to respond. Tip for East-Court: Take Customer Service seriously. Ignoring problems doesn’t fix them. Visited a service place down the street from East-Court. Fast and courteous. In and out in 15 minutes!! What a pleasure!!! More than I can say for East-Court. More
The car delivery was delayed a week from the promised date because they have to do some service. Picked up the car and found out that the service was not done. Was rudely asked to come next day because date because they have to do some service. Picked up the car and found out that the service was not done. Was rudely asked to come next day because they are busy now. I had to drive back 70Km to the dealer to get the service done, had to wait 3 hours. Few days later discovered that the tire jack is missing, called the salesman Jose, he passed me to the service manager, who did not feel like talking to me, but said he will look into it and call me back, never called tried calling him few times and leaving a message but never return the call. finally got hold of him and he stated that they can not find the jack and I should buy it from the dealer if I need it at my own cost. fast forward, 2 months later the from bumper paint chipped like it was a poor paint job, although I was promised that everything is original. another month later I felt some shaking in the car, went to a tire shop for wheel balance, and he said that the rims were badly dented and the dealer tried to repair them just so they can go for a while. So, now a year later, the car starting to shw so many problems and rattling. When I bought the odometer showed 50K, it has now 70K. I started doubting that these were the original milage. Very shady operation, beware. More
Purchased a used non-Ford at East-Court with a free oil change plan. First oil service was botched. A different grade of oil was used than specified on filler cap and engine was overfilled by nearly 1/2 change plan. First oil service was botched. A different grade of oil was used than specified on filler cap and engine was overfilled by nearly 1/2 litre. Apparently, a simple oil change is too complex or makes you wonder if non-Fords are deliberately under served to potentially geopardize their warranty. Also, beware the Free oil change coupons. Service department insists you pay a disposal charge in order to qualify for the free part of the service. Highly unlikely I would trust my car to these people in future. More
I had the door Ajar light come on my Ford Edge 2013, Read about this online Ford Forums that it's a known problem with Ford. So went in to get it fixed. Right in my face no it's not a know problem and since about this online Ford Forums that it's a known problem with Ford. So went in to get it fixed. Right in my face no it's not a know problem and since the light is now gone technician cant pull the code. So I called Ford Canada and put a complain they called and advised to go see the Service Center Manager Mark Silverman. Car was left the whole day with him guess not 2 days later Warning came on again. Also did i mention i had to wait 2 and half hours before they could provide a shuttle service for me to be dropped off at home, and 2 vacation days wasted on these idiots and problem still not fixed. Worse service Center in the whole Canada. More
East Court Ford has a wonderful sales department with fantastic people. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their service department. Upon first arrival, you're treated like you are inconvenien fantastic people. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their service department. Upon first arrival, you're treated like you are inconveniencing them. Then that feeling escalates when your vehicle is taken in for service and comes out running worse than when it went in. Their mechanics are clueless and I have witnessed them answer a customers question incorrectly. This is who worked on my car, really? My vehicle went in for an oil change, routine brake service, and a tire rotation. It came out with a damaged tire and they did not accept responsibility. In fact, they asked us if they want us to purchase a new tire now or put a spare on. They also stated they'd give us a call to rectify the situation. Two weeks later, no response. Not surprised. Be very weary when bringing your vehicle for service here. Their mechanics are incompetent, their customer service is a joke (they verbally abuse customers). Even if they do a proper oil change without doing any damage to the vehicle (unlikely), expect to wait hours. I will not be servicing my vehicle here anymore. Although my father likes working with Mike Salehi (and I do too, he's an awesome sales rep), I'm not so sure I will be purchasing my next vehicle here. Their only response to our complaints: "We are working to improve." Seriously? Ford HQ is reviewing our case, and said they'll be talking with East Court. A quick Google search reveals that this is not new. More

Brought my car in for an oil change and to check a fluid leak. They said it was a transmission leak but I needed to return and leave the car for the day. Arranged an appointment for a couple weeks later, dr leak. They said it was a transmission leak but I needed to return and leave the car for the day. Arranged an appointment for a couple weeks later, dropped the off the made my way to work by public transit. Later in the day the service department calls to say they can't find a leak. Obviously they did not even check my service records... they have a habit of acting like experts and then treating you like you know nothing. So, I must have imagined that fluid on my driveway every day and the previous technician must have been high to suggest it was a transmission leak. East-Court Ford Lincoln... the WORST in the business! Awful, awful service! More
