He was trying to replace the rear view mirror which is under warranty. I was asked to go back the following morning, Feb. 05, 2013. Bob Mitchell told me and gave me his word that nothing to worry and they will replace it with the same original windshield MoFoCo. Carlite solar Tint laminated with Acoustic Soundscreen. Went back that afternoon and picked up the car, I checked the windshield and it is FY AS1 M848 DOT-459 Solar Tint DW1622. Solution: Install the same brand MoFoCo. Carlite solar Tint laminated with Acoustic Soundscreen at dealer full expense, which was promised to me by Bob Mitchell. Up to now, this has not been resolve. Please be very careful with this dealership. The service dept. is the worst I have encountered. More

On more than one occasion the service personnel at East-Court Ford have displayed very discourteous, defensive and dismissive attitudes. On one visit they even suggested I call Ford Canada if I thoug East-Court Ford have displayed very discourteous, defensive and dismissive attitudes. On one visit they even suggested I call Ford Canada if I thought they were misleading me. (I did, and the dealership turned out to be absolutely wrong.) Recently, I called in about a problem I had just experienced with the vehicle. But instead of asking me to bring the car in, as most well-run service departments would, they haughtily opined that the symptoms I described were "impossible." Guess I must have been hallucinating. Absolutely awful customer service. I should have taken the advice of other customers who refuse to even visit them for the "free" oil changes they are entitled to. More

Say on thing, and do another....and or forgetful of what they promised in a deal...example, sales rep promises full tank if gas in new vehicle order, but gives delivery gas ...said, not in contact, therefore never discussed. Hope nobody buys from them. More
