Please be careful when shopping for a ford vehicle here. As the current owner of a 2017 F 150, I was in the process of purchasing a 2018 ford edge. I made an offer which was "accepted". Sales manager Ben Mansouri asked if I would mind changing payments from monthly to bi-weekly. I expressed no qualms, but did take issue when my 520 monthly payments became 250 bi-weekly. He even told me this would be easier for me. Not sure if I give the impression of being math illiterate, but it's pretty obvious there was a significant price increase. In my case close to 3k total over the finance length. Ben refused to turn the computer screen. He then admitted he added a little to the cost. I went directly to the general manager, Prince Sibal, and told him the story. Prince just said thanks and brushed me off. I would never expect this behaviour at a @fordcanada dealership, and can only hope no one has fallen victim to @eastcourtfordlincoln_ before. More

Our budget is limited and we are thinking we would only be approved on something that we don't really like. Bo, the sales agent, although new was really helpful and he asked us what we are looking for. He tried to match our needs and re-assure us that he will help us in any way to get the vehicle that we wanted. We were straight forward to tell him about our budget and our concern that we don't want him to spend that much time on us for we might end up not buying. He told us not to be worried and all he really want is to show and let us try their vehicles, in which we did. The first vehicle that we tried was really comfortable and it feels like it was really meant for us. Although we felt that way we are still hesitating because we don't know if our budget would be enough. He showed us the numbers and right then I told him we can't afford it. He asked us what is our budget and we told him, and he said he will talk to his manager and maybe he can help us. Bo introduced us to Shahzad, the East-Court Manager, upon meeting him he made us comfortable that we were able to tell him our concerns. To make the story short he was able to help us to make our dream of owning a truck a reality without breaking our budget. After meeting with him he introduced us to Reinu, the financing manager. Reinu is a sweetheart, she very patient and helpful. She process our papers in a breeze. I would recommend East-Court Ford to my family and friends because they are very professional and you can see and feel their concern to their clients.
