I've been frustrated a few times but confident that Vishu did his best when it came to aspects of the sale where he could offer advice and secure the best deal at the time for me. I'm about a 40 min drive from the dealership but continue going back because Vishu and East court have beaten the majority of their competition consistently. I'll be returning for my wife's next vehicle....and I'll be requesting Vishu. More

He is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about Ford products, and most important in this industry, he is trustworthy and kind. Yesterday, for example, his group bought pizza for all the waiting customers, who Navin treats like part of a family,and never takes customers for granted. I have, for the past 6 years, and always will bring, not only my Explorer to Navin, but I also bring all of my family and friends to attend East-Court Ford, even though I live far...East-Court Ford, because of Service Manager Navin K., is worth the drive from HALTON-Hills. Worst service experience over the years. East court ford is great in sales, but really bad when it comes to service. The after sales experience is something they should be worried about. They are very good with customers who don't ask questions but I think I have the right to ask questions when it comes to the vehicle that I have paid thousands buying and I am going to pay Hundreds to service. They get uncomfortable when a knowledgeable customer asks questions and they don't want to answer and get defensive. This is when their true side comes out which is not reflected in the good reviews you read about them. I have had bad experiences with their service people now repeatedly. I am so done with these guys that after 2 ford vehicles, I don't even want to look at ford anymore. If Ford people are reading this they should look into it because East court ford isn't gonna do anything. They only reply to good reviews on google reviews and don't even care to reply back or look into negative reviews, that says it all. More
