Selling Defected cars and HORRIBLE SERVICE I leased a brand new 2017 Ford Escape last year, within ONE MONTH my car went complete shut down on highway 401 and had to be towed to the dealership. They REFUSED to exchange my obviously defected car and I could not get out of my lease. They supposed "FIXED" it. Fast forward ONE YEAR LATER, IT HAPPENED AGAIN, in the middle of a intersection when I was about to make a left turn. Whole car shut down. This car is currently at their shop for a WEEK now, and they STILL CANNOT TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH IT. I called them multiple times this week, and now my service adviser DOESN'T EVEN PICK UP MY CALL, OR CALL ME BACK. THIS IS A DEALERSHIP FROM xxxx!!!! More
Nightmare customer service This is the kind of dealership that will smile to your face until you sign the service agreement papers, then unapologetically use excuses for repeate This is the kind of dealership that will smile to your face until you sign the service agreement papers, then unapologetically use excuses for repeated delays of returning your vehicle to you- as in, they also bash their own coworkers conspiratorially in lieu of whatever is the true reason their service completion time is always delayed. Repeatedly as in my case, if I was told my car will be ready the next day, it is almost always not. I then have no choice but to wait for days, and in some cases, was given more unapologetic excuses, to wait further additional days. My strong opinion here is they truly do not know what customer service is- as the explanation I was given when I asked why had I not just been told the truth that my winter tires weren't in? (They had winter tires for me because they lost my original ones when they installed a new set of all-season tires we bought from them- so they were replacing the lost tires.) The reply I was given was they didn't want to turn me away!? The logic is not there since I already AM being turned away when I can NOT pick up my car the next day because they don't have my tires, and they have to keep my car until the service can be completed. And so, this is a dealership where you will hear an enraged customer yelling profanities every other visit, as I have witnessed myself. This is a dealership where you will hear the people who work there talk about their disgruntled customers disrespectfully, as I have witnessed myself. This is a dealership where it is quite evident that there is no pride for their brand Ford and their service absolutely reflects this, as I have experienced repeatedly. After I get my vehicle back, my husband will resume taking up our complaints and inquiries with head office Ford, as we have also already exhausted the route of trying to talk to a manager, to which we were directed to speak to Mark Silverman- but to no avail. When we asked Mark why my rims were abhorrently scratched on all four rims after the new tires we purchased from them were installed? His answer was to escort us throughout his dealership, garage and lot, to point out how “everyone's” rims looked like that too. Specifically, he stated it looked like that from driving over potholes. Hence, absolutely zero accountability or compassion on his dealership's part. Bottomeline: no I cannot stress enough what a nightmare it was to absorb all of this profound nonsense as it was explained to us, my husband and I. At this point, this is the last time we can trust East-Court Ford to make amends and I cannot stress what little confidence I have now with them. At the time of this writing, I am once more disappointed to be told I have to wait now until Saturday. I am disappointed once more by the short excuses, and not a direct, or even remotely apologetic explanation for yet another inconvenience on top of the original disaster of purchasing new tires from them. Update: from the time and date of this review’s posting, it is now Wednesday when my car was finally ready to be returned to me. Immediately upon literally seeing the service agent I normally talk to, Keith Squires, another customer it seemed interrupted us very abruptly to tell Keith he needed him right then and there to look at his truck because he said he was very unhappy. Keith immediately went to address him as the customer was clearly upset; his speech volume and profanity demonstrated this..... So what is my update again? Just another nightmare of a visit to East-Court Ford because I received my car with a free cleaning, BUT they emptied both my consoles and threw my things into shopping plastic bags. I did NOT approve this and feel violated as those consoles are never touched when my car has been cleaned in the past, and if they are then I am notified and I would empty them myself. This was NOT the case and I cannot stress again how dissatisfied I am with this dealership. Lastly as if matters could not get worse, upon starting my vehicle my dashboard let me know my navigation is NOT WORKING. To recap this absurdity, I turned my vehicle in 8 days ago to install winter tires and in that time, (1) they reported to me yesterday as I was ready to pick it up then that my battery had died and they could not turn it on to bring it around for me. (2) I pick up my vehicle today to turn it on and discover my navigation is NOT functioning. Did they have to go into my settings for a tire change? Did they have to touch my personal items in my vehicle consoles? Zero logic, zero forthcoming explanation, zero apologies- I cannot stress how disappointing this dealership’s service has been in the several years my husband and I have been with them. I am posting this review because you the public have a right to know which businesses do NOT appreciate nor stand by their own brand because this ALWAYS reflects to us the customers. More

Also he took 1000 doller deposit and make me sign on bill of sale, but he didn’t give me the any copy that I signed. Next morning I went there to cancel the deal because of personal reasons. The sale department manager (Ben mansauri) said there is no choice to cancer. Aslo he is not ready to listen to me. He send me back and forward for one week. Whenever I go there he said some reason to avoid me. An other week I spoke to general sales manager (vineet midha) after hour waiting i asked him my deposit back. He is so rude to me, he said, he is gonna put my file to court. I had bad experience from this dealership. More

When my brother in-law was looking for a new ca I want to thank Asim for working with me again. We bought a new Ford Flex about 6 years ago from Asim. When my brother in-law was looking for a new car, he started searching around at other dealers. I went in and visited Asim and he remembered me from all those years back. He prepared everything as requested & when my brother in-law arrived, everything went very smoothly with the purchase of his new Ford Escape. It was a smooth delivery and everything is just as expected. Also want to thank Fred for taking the time to explain everything to my brother in-law and helping him make the decisions that were best for him. Terrible experience This dealership was recommended to me by my friend, who and his friends bought there around 8 vehicles some time ago. I was looking to lease new Escap This dealership was recommended to me by my friend, who and his friends bought there around 8 vehicles some time ago. I was looking to lease new Escape to replace my current leased one. I visited the dealership at the end or August to reserve new vehicle to get it by the end of my current lease (end of November). It was pretty favorable period, as Ford had employee pricing program as well as Costco membership discount could be applied. I was offered pretty reasonable price for the car I wanted and lease agreement was signed, and deposit was left as well. I was assured, that the vehicle I want, will be ordered at factory and be ready by the end of November. Then in 2 months (!), at the and of October, I got a call from that sales manager, who said, that my car can not be delivered in time and for the agreed price, as they did not (or could not) place order for 2018 year model, and he just ordered 2019 year model same trim, which will arrive in extra 1.5 month and for much higher price (the difference in monthly payment $71 for 48 months). Of course, this option was not acceptable for me, as my budget was not flexible that much, and I needed that car not later then end of November 2018. That sales manager started to look for other 2018 model year vehicles locally with similar options, but all found vehicles were more expensive, then the price we had in the agreement (monthly payment difference was ~$50-$60). As a result, I had to cancel this deal, 3 weeks before my current lease ends, and now I'm not eligible for any Ford pricing programs, as well as Costco discount, as they all gone by this time. Why they did not tell me about this ordering problem beforehand, so I could find some other options - they could not explain me. My wife and I are very upset with this case, as we wanted that car very much. Currently I need to look for another car, not Ford anymore, but definitely, I will lose time and money, thanks to non-professionalism of East-Court Lincoln staff. More
