For me personally, it was the first time in 20 years purchasing a brand new vehicle so understandably I was a little nervous. East-Court Lincoln.....where the customer DOES NOT come 1st! I bought my first Ford 50 years ago, and since then have purchased quite a few cars....all Ford & GM models. I will say that my experience with East- I bought my first Ford 50 years ago, and since then have purchased quite a few cars....all Ford & GM models. I will say that my experience with East-Court Lincoln in April 2017 was, by far, the worst of them all. The sales staff were not impolite but the purchasing process was painful, and getting after-sales service to satisfy some issues that were agreed upon in the sales contract was difficult. 3 months after this deal, we bought a GM pickup truck and the sales and customer service we received at this dealership were impeccable. I will NEVER deal with East-Court again, and I have made a point of advising family, friends and acquaintances to Shop elsewhere. I seriously question the validity of many of the glowing reviews given this dealership. I can hardly believe we're talking about the same crappy outfit! More
