JUST PLAIN HONEST SALESMANSHIP Well here's my story.....I have been to about 6 other car Dealerships, but I have to share.( DUECK GM on Marine Drive)..... very fair and honest .... Well here's my story.....I have been to about 6 other car Dealerships, but I have to share.( DUECK GM on Marine Drive)..... very fair and honest .....especially one particular salesman by the name of Matthew W. ......he was very helpful, knowledgeable , did not pressure me or try to sell me something I had no interest in and when it came time to deal on a specific car Matthew did his best to work for me. I drove one hour and fifteen minutes to get there and it was worth it.....most of the other Dealerships just wanted to give me the least amount of money for my trade-in(you heard that line before,well we can buy your car at the auction for less) and they wanted too much money for their vehicle on top of that!! Do not deal with Hayes the sales guy and moe the manager Hayes is a very rude individual. Not professional at all. Highly not recommend dealing with this dealer ship. I had a truck I was trying to sell to them and they did nothing but waste time. Had my truck in there shop for over 7 days to get inspected. At the end of day they made up stories and lies to why it hasn't been looked at. Also was told by moe it was looked at but yet they can't say what was wrong with the truck and drop it off 10 days later. Do not waste your time with these people they shouldn't be in this industry but maybe flip burgers at McDonald's. I'm not the one to write bad reviews but this place tops it off. Do not deal with these guys im warning you nothing but waste of time and runaround by them. More

worst service ever I went here to have my car checked. they diagnosed my car and charged me for 80 box after tax for half hour and a guy showed me a price of one part o I went here to have my car checked. they diagnosed my car and charged me for 80 box after tax for half hour and a guy showed me a price of one part of engine and they will charge me for 150 plus dollar if I want it to be replaced, but I decided no to because he told me it is still safe to go home and still safe to drive, but after 30 mins. of driving my car broke and stops on the middle of the street. I called road assistance and we brought it to dueck downtown instead, and my car was fixed. They did not charge me for anything because it is covered by my car warranty. So I found out why this dueck marine drive was charging me for the service and replacing the same part and labour...so I went back their to tell them of what happened usually my safety and including car warranty but they were not good including the manager and I did not even hear apolgy from them..they want to give it back to me the 80 box but I did not accept it instead I tell them to do their service good...never never ever comeback here..
