After going to dueck on marine and being taking such great care of by my saleman Jonathan Overton and the other staff I knew I had came to the right place. They made me feel comfortable and that they really appreciated my business unlike many of the other dealers I had previously visited. They went over and above the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly and I was extremely impressed with the sale from start to finish. Jonathan did everything he could and more to make sure I was happy and leaving a dealership in good spirits. I’m very glad I gave my business to dueck they truly are a 5 star dealer and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jordie More
Worst Service! I finally found the time to write my review on this dealership. I'll have to say, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! When I bought my car from Dueck on Mari I finally found the time to write my review on this dealership. I'll have to say, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! When I bought my car from Dueck on Marine, the experience was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful on any question I had towards my car of interest ( I guess they just want your money). Sadly, the car I purchased broke down on me a few time on the first month. I called the dealership to try to talk to someone that could help me with my concerns and was transfer many many many times to different departments. NO ONE KNEW ANYONE! So called managers kept transferring over and over; managers didn't know who the owner was or who other manager were from different departments; nothing! Well at the end, I decided if the car kept broking down, I would just take legal action. Thank god everything was ok with the car after a few time in and out of the dealership. Moreover, some minor damage was done to my car when it went for repair one of the many times it went in to get fix. I consulted Archie Archibald Service Consultant regarding my issue. Archie stated, " we will have to look through the dealer's cameras to make sure the damage happened here.) Which I agreed to. After months of chat over emails, phone and me wasting my time going to the dealer, nothing was done about it. Once again, NO ONE KNEW ANYONE. The damage was very minor, so I decided to just forget about it.; not worth my time or stress due to the fact that I'm a university student. That all the stress I need lol. I guess such behaviour is Dueck on Marine tactic to deal with costumers concerns and issues. The way I see it, the only option you have with such a business is legal actions. Overall, I'm really happy with my car. But be warned people, I'm sure I'm not the first one that has experience or deal with such BS. Thanks for reading. More

Determined customer service Jonathan Overton was determined to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He listened to my needs and made a suggestion that I initially liked. But after some consideration I opted to pass on the vehicle. I just want that excited about it. Wanting to ensure I would find a vehicle right for my needs and was still enjoyable to drive, Jonathan presented another option that satisfied me and checked all the boxes. I'm proud to say I now drive a Chevrolet Cruze that's stick shift with turbo. What a blast to drive for the price I paid. I'm a happy customer! More

Incompetent staff that do not listen and have low product kn I booked my 2012 GMC Sierra in for a 9:30 appointment on Saturday June 9th, for a transmission fluid and filter change and transfer case fluid change. I booked my 2012 GMC Sierra in for a 9:30 appointment on Saturday June 9th, for a transmission fluid and filter change and transfer case fluid change. When I got to the dealership, the service advisor asked me why I wanted my engine oil changed, as he saw that the oil life still had 50% remaining. I told him I wasn't here for the engine oil, but for the transmission fluid/filter and transfer case..He then tried to tell me that my transmission isn't serviceable and that it was a "sealed unit". He said they only flush those. He said my transmission doesn't even have a dipstick. He couldn't have been more wrong. It's a 4 spd auto that has a filter and a pan to drop to service it. When I mentioned the transfer case, he said that wasn't even on the work order. After everything I wanted done was clarified, he then told me I'd have to come back when the "transmission guy" is there...which of course wasn't that day, or any Saturday. I would say that it was a complete waste of my time, but it wasn't. The experience provided me with some valuable insight into dealerships and this one in particular. Don't be fooled into thinking that these people are the experts they claim to be. They're no different than any other shop. It pays to do a little research yourself. You'd be surprised at how much utter nonsense you hear from some of these people. I won't be returning to Dueck. They ruined my schedule today and now I have to fund another place that can do the work on a Saturday. Thanks for nothing. More
